They walked both the front and back yard with me, asked thoughtful questions, and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. Mike quickly pointed out that I did not need to replace all of the grass in either yard. In fact, he recommended only one pallet for the front and one pallet for the back, explaining that the rest of the grass was healthy and that he didn't want to charge me for something I didn't need. That kind of honesty is rare, especially in sales, and I truly appreciated it. The time Mike and Sabrina took to understand my needs, along with the integrity they both showed, made our decision easy. We chose TGO Installations not only because of their fair pricing, but because of the care and professionalism they demonstrated from the very beginning. And the excellent service didn't stop there. The team was working on my neighbor's yard and stopped by to let us know about their services. The front yard was pretty overgrown and really needed some help. I described what I was looking for and got a reasonable quote. For the quote, I got several levels with many different options. It was nice to see everything from the "budget - get it done" level up to "do everything" level. They also let me know about the many different services they provide. We agreed on the work and the team got started as soon as they finished the other yard. The team was quick and left our yard looking amazing. Will be hiring again for sure!

We've had them work on our trees, gutters, and completely overhaul our landscaping. We've been pleased with everything they've done and will continue using them in the future. I called Henry after the 2023 ice storm to ask when he could come by to help clean up our storm damage. He showed up with two crews the next morning. Our neighbors couldn't get anyone for weeks and Henry was there within a day.
