I prefer them over EMS because the have a bigger selection, and because when you buy there you're supporting a local business instead of a national chain.

Never received a call, so called them and was informed they couldn't do the job because grips were too old. Isn't that why you get new ones? When to pick them up and found one of the grips butchered and the rest not touched. I asked for a "manager" and I spoke to a rude incompetent person who offered nothing other than interrupt me every time I tried to speak. Overall awful experience.​

We had the most amazing customer service, from our sales rep JD, to our demo rep Bob Allen, to our delivery driver Spurlin, the entire experience was amazing. Whope we were wowed by everyone we dealt with, we were extremely impressed by Spurlin. Our old (traded) trailer was on a permanent site and was extremely difficult to remove. It took hours! At one point we had to relevel the site and move some rocks. Spurlin asked for a shovel and got to work helping us! He was friendly, polite, courteous and so very patient. All of these experiences combined will keep us returning to Camping World, not only that, it will make us tell others about how amazing our experience was. My uncle, a combat Vietnam Veteran and senior, purchased a preowned RV from Camping World that was completely overpriced. He drove it less than 28 miles, and when I asked if the dealership would buy it back, they refused outright. It is incredibly disturbing to watch a company profit off of someone who should have been treated with honesty, fairness, and respect. Taking advantage of seniors is bad enough -- doing it to a Veteran is beyond disappointing. I would never recommend this place to friends, family, or anyone looking to make a major purchase.
