The workers were very friendly and helpful. I would never hesitate to go back and recommend this station to everyone.

It is 1105 as I write this. I pulled into the gas station when the lights were on at 11 o'clock. When I stopped my car and put it in park, the lights went off. I am out of gas, I have 0 miles per gauge information, so this is my best bet. I jumped out and within 10 seconds knocked on the window, where all the lights were on and I could not see anyone. Then a woman quickly shuffles by and does not look at me. I knocked again, and she shook her head. I said "oh no, I don't need anything in the store I just need gas." She proceeded to tell me that it's shut down. I asked nicely and reminded her that I pulled in when the lights were on. She just told me it's shut down. I then pleaded a little bit to my embarrassment, please please I am out of gas, and I am in a moving truck as I am moving about three hours away. She turned away and walked, shaking her head and refused to give me gas. This is disgusting, it's ridiculous, I mean Sonoma County, the kind gentler place. This woman is rushing to get home and cannot even allow a customer a couple gallons of gas. She wants to argue that it's shut down and will not even listen to the fact that I was here when the lights were on. I won't say anymore, except that I will never ever come to this place again. This is an example of human sludge, selfish, nothing to give, worthless, low life, heartless, scummy, white trashy, did I mention selfish? OK, that's it, I'm just gonna go back to calling AAA and trying to get some gas. I did notice that she is afraid to come out. I'm afraid she might call the police on me, what do you think? She knows she's kind of a disgusting human and is ashamed. Maybe I'm taking this too far, but dearest humans, who are we if we can't help someone out? Especially when it's not going to even cause any inconvenience whatsoever? I'd be on my way by now! read more

Stopped and got number 2 Diesel for my truck from a trip down from Oregon nobody else has number to Diesel around it's all that crappy biodiesel crap. read more

We had a deal (Yeah right!) I pay a bit more (even with your saver's discount) and I get to use your RV dump, problem is the two stores in my area have shut that service down. The alternate site, the Sonoma County Fairgrounds has closed their campground so now where do I go? I am as they say...NOT AT ALL PLEASED! read more

ROTTEN ROBBIE The first time I came across this was back in the woods of the north and it was for a Icee. I was rewarded again, when my sweetie's "E" light came on and upon rushing around on fumes, we alighted on this station. Rotten Robbie is located throughout the Bay Area and in addition to selling gas and typical food mart stuff, they also carry kerosene and for larger rig stops, the Pacific Pride card stations (if you are a farmer, you definitely have one of these, my father did). I slipped in for my cherry Icee and then purchased two Fiji bottles of water in addition to a Snicker's bar for "W"s snack later during fishing. I also purchased a small tube of lotion since I wanted to pick up some color on my legs. Easy location, right at the bisection of 116 heading towards Guerneville and Mirabelle Street. read more

I used to love this gas station. Reasonable prices, great location, and plenty of pumps. About a month ago they upgraded the payment terminals on all of their pumps. The new terminals are very slow and the worst part is that they have TV screens and LOUD speakers that bludgeon you with advertising and celebrity gossip while you fill up. It is loud and obnoxious and I have resolved that I would prefer to spend a few more pennies per gallon rather than to be subjected to a media onslaught first thing in the morning. read more

It's a gas station people, not a fucking 5 star dining experience... It's perfect, for a gas station in a one road town.

It's pretty special when your work gives you a gas card to fill up, esp w/ the price of gas these days. Pumps are pretty slow, and there's one that has a broken lock so you have to actually hold the pump the entire time you pump your gas. They've got a car wash, too now. read more

Not a bad place for gas, lots of room and you can pay right at the pump. I camp nearby in Guerneville and like to get my car washed here, but it's a bit high and I'm afraid the water pressure in the wash may be damaging my car, so I really limit the use. Thing is, the dryer says you have 90 seconds (or however long), but it cuts off at 20 seconds, be aware of that! read more

Absolutely the best gas station convenient store around these parts, and I'm a local and regular customer. They have great ice cream, icees, coffee, good donuts in the mornings, lots of nice candy and chips, and a variety of odd automotive and OTC pharma goods that will surely fill your needs. The people who work there are VERY friendly and helpful. It's at a convenient location, has great parking, you can get air and water, a car wash, plus there's even a small lawn there on the corner to walk your dog or have a sit-down quick lunch. As mentioned in other reviews, the new pumps are very slow. And half the time after pumping, you have to go to the office to get the receipt. The car wash is pretty awful - does a lousy job, especially on the back area - seems like it used to be better. read more
