First off, let me start by saying that Dr. Rothwell is a very kind man who is well credentialed and this is no way a commentary on his haracter or ability as a doctor. Unfortunately, his staff is completely unprofessional. They are grossly negligent in their scheduling and timing with absolutely zero respect for your time, needs or appointment integrity. You will wait for a ridiculous amount of time for the Dr., every single time, and there will be no apologies or explanations.
They may also cancel appointments on you AFTER you show up, and then tell you that they won't be rescheduling you for at least a couple weeks, and again they will do so with smug indifference to the time they have wasted of yours and with a lack of integrity that is shameful.
From the embarrassingly abhorrent lack of client care and service, to the lack of follow-up or cancelled follow up when you arrive for what was your scheudled time), their disrespectful disregard for your needs will only cost you prodigious amounts of your time that they will waste and money that you will spend for no meaningful follow-up and an absence of discernable empathy for your needs. I really wish this wasn't the case, because I liked the Dr.'s approach and thought he genuinely cared about helping me and providing a different kind of care.
