Had to come in twice to correct their issues with the specimen. Then they billed me additional charges when it was their fault. Explained never getting a call back from billing she replied that's not correct. Total incompetent office and lab staff. Terrible experience recommend finding someone else.

For a young person in those days a Doctor was a hero and a friend. Very few Doctors in 2010 practice medicine this way or gives you that personal feeling. Jeffrey does, and it is not a mistake for me to call him Jeffrey instead of Doctor Hirsch because he prefers that. After any examination or test, you have a sit down in his office where he gets to know you. He truly does care and he also monitors his outgoing consultation stream to make sure that you are in the best care the way he believes it should be done. If you want new technology medicine with old school personal attention, Jeffrey is your Doctor to see.

He has an excellent sense of humor. Looking at the less-than-favorable reviews, without being in the room to experience what those other patients experienced, I would humbly suggest that it's likely there was a misunderstanding. It is entirely out of character for Dr Stanfield to be unkind or unsympathetic. At one point, his practice changed affiliation to a hospital corporation that didn't take my insurance, so I had to change doctors. I was very happy a few years later when they changed again, and I wasted no time returning to Dr Stanfield. He is my doctor for as long as he can put up with me!

Dr. Chan is also a pharmacist, and will always prescribe the most effective, yet cost effective medication for you.
