There's an elevator right to the left of the entrance doors that will take you straight to the waiting room. Today when I arrived there was a nice lady behind a desk right inside the entrance to take my temperature and she told us that only patients can enter..mom had to go back out to the car. There's plenty of seats in the lobby but I've never seen them full..it's about a 5 min. wait before the nurse calls you back to the clinic room to take your vitals, then I had about a 15 min. wait for Dr. Johnson to come in. She showed me x-rays of my knees and back that are filled with arthritis. She wants me to do needle sticks in my back and knees to kill the nerves but they're not doing any surgeries right now so I'll have to wait. She also prescribed me a pain gel that I'm heading to get now. She's such a nice, caring doctor and always has a smile making sure I understand everything that's going on. I highly recommend this place!

Dr. Porter consulted with me, gave necessary spine injections himself and cared for me during this ordeal. I'm 99.99% sure Dr. Hancock is an angel or miracle worker or something. I was in physical therapy for almost a year and had basically given up hope that my neck/shoulder/arm pain would ever be fixed. I thought I would just have to live in pain for the rest of my life, which sucks. I mean, I'm 24. Dr. Hancock is such an easy-going, friendly doctor. She really takes the time to address all of your concerns, which I greatly appreciate. I am terrified of needles. Like seriously, people, TERRIFIED. I don't like it when people shove foreign objects into me and inject me with ouchy medicine! -.- I had had trigger point injections before seeing her from a different doctor, and they caused more pain than they helped. After discussing (at great length) several treatment options for my pain, I finally decided to allow her to give me some injections. There's just something about her that makes you trust her - something in her personality....something. I don't know how to explain it. Every time I see her, I joke, "You don't know how lucky you are that I'm letting you give me shots." Because it's really *that* big of a deal to me. One of the best things about her office? You don't need a referral. She's a pain management doctor....and you don't need a referral. Wwwhhhaaaattttt. I am truthfully eternally grateful for Dr. Hancock. I'm living a pain-free life right now, which is more than I ever thought possible three months ago. If you are in pain, Dr. Hancock's office is the place to go. Other notes: Her office staff are extremely friendly. Her office is super cute, modern, and clean.

Dr. Kelly has been treating my wife for a few years now with a mystery condition that has felt like…read morean episode of House. Over the last year she has been on a real downhill slide medically. He has been the rock to keep her going. Her other doctors care, so I don't want to downplay that, but are so busy they just honestly don't have the time for all the issues and day-to-day changes. Despite her high-needs Dr. Kelly has never left her to suffer and always pivots and adjusts medications to meet her needs. Most importantly he has never treated her like an inconvenience. His office staff is just as caring and Heather specifically has gone out of her way to help her.
