They constantly pulled up the WRONG patients charts (same name as my wife, different person/birthday) 3. Their billing department is complete trash. About #3: My wife had strep, went in, got a shot and paid her copay. Fast forward to 2 years later, I switched to a new doctor, so our Furgeson account gets flagged. Turns out the billing department never billed the insurance company for a visit (or the insurance never replied, unclear) so we get an "overdue" bill. It also includes a separate charge for this strep-visit + shot. Those things SHOULD have been covered by insurance. Unless her insurance changed (which she did not pick a different plan, so it shouldn't have). After taking with them my wife finds out they claim they billed us, but bill was return to sender. (BS, have lived at this same address for 3+ years, had lived her for a year at the time no issues) They didn't call us because they "don't call patients about bills" which if true is absolutely stupid, especially if the mailing address came back return to sender. They now are insisting we pay despite the 2-year delay, claiming we should have contacted our insurance to discuss why it wasn't covered, except we never got billed for it, so we never knew there was anything NOT being covered. So now 2 years later, struggling with life and balancing our bills BAM here's a surprise bill, or our credit we've worked so hard to build is going to get shit on by an incompetent staff that sucks harder than a plecostomus (suckermouth catfish) that hasn't been fed in 2 years. Glad we switched to a new doctor's office. Shame on this office for their complete incompetence.

Then he makes you come back every month for ANY refills of medication, it's not like they are giving narcotics to a junkie.They say to have the pharmacy request refills but they deny them every time and never respond because they want you to make an appt to come in. Nor does anyone call you to tell you anything about your request being denied. It's ridiculous to be charged $90 each visit for 2 minutes of his time and a paper prescription. Find someone else that isn't just trying to make money off of you!

Nurses in the step down unit were very sweet, but super busy. No one noticed I wasn't eating. The food was awful. I'm STILL trying to get insurance straightened out. We came right when they were open and they had a nice waiting room with free drinks. Not long & they called us back. They took his X-rays and declared nothing was broken but that they'd have their radiologist take a second look for any small fractures. We appreciated that. He got all bandaged up and we left with crutches which was so nice to have to be mobile. They front desk ladies were kind & so was the doctor. We'll be back again if we ever get sick! We were in and out maybe 45 minutes. Another time my husband got pink eye from the kids he works with at his clinic. He came here to get the medicine he needed to cure it. He then (of course) passed it to me, and I was able to do a Telehealth online video meeting where I described my symptoms & they gave me eye drops also to help me out. I really appreciated the Telehealth meeting because I work from home & didn't have to leave my desk!

My sons umbilical cord hadn't fallen off by the 2 weeks, and she said not to worry about it but then went over to him and ripped it off, of course said it didn't hurt him (he started screaming) and the bleeding was from old blood in the umbilical cord (it bled for a few days). Completely dismissed my concern about tongue ties (my whole family has them and he was struggling to latch) until I pushed her after 2 or 3 visits and she finally sent in a referral but looks annoyed about it. For some reason she also thought a good ice breaker upon first meeting her would be talking about politics? I don't really care how she stands but it was just weird.
