She thoughtfully listens to each question and concern and actually discusses things thoroughly instead of simply having the attitude of, "I'm the doc, you're the patient, you do what I say," kind of attitude. They do challenge you to push you to make improvements but do so in a manner that is considerate of your needs. I lost my father about two weeks into my time with them and the staff were so kind and supportive as I continued my therapy. I worked with three different therapists(though Dustin was my primary) and numerous techs and every one of them was incredible. I cannot recommend this location enough.

I met the lady at the desk who was bubbly, friendly, and informative. I them met with a worker who discussed my conditions with me and told me Megan would be my therapist. I then met Megan. Megan is amazing! She is patient, kind, compassionate, and thorough. As I said, my therapy didn't seem to help me. In fact it did no change to my issue, but I appreciate the kind and thorough care I received from Megan and the other folks at this location. Should you ever find yourself needing PT, this is the place to go.

I had been given numerous recommendations for physical therapy, but after choosing OSSPT and seeing the team in action there was no doubt I was in good hands! I had undergone major surgeries to rebuild both legs (including total knee replacement). Dr. Kaytlyn Hansmeyer absolutely performed magic in skillfully restoring both of my legs to full mobility (walking 5+ miles, climbing 20+ flights of stairs, biking, swimming and more...)! Her professionalism and care were most excellent and much appreciated! Each leg had serious issues following surgery. Kaytlyn patiently listened to my complaints and demonstrated a high degree of expertise as she addressed and resolved each issue. My major near-term goal was to be physically fit to serve as Sports Director at a youth camp in Hawaii next month (June). I had 2 C-sections (2015 & 2018), was married, and had a family history of diabetes from my father side. I also had a mid-late aged man's drivers license in my chart. I know this because the initial MA I saw physically moved her laptop to face me, so I could see this as she thought it was "funny". 2 other MA's would also come in and out over the course of getting my vitals, manually entering my actual medical history and dismissing me from the appt. It was by far the strangest appointment I've ever had of any kind. As a health center manager, I was quite shocked at what I experienced. If you're looking for quality in the management of your health, I'd keep looking elsewhere.

The only struggle is that sometimes it can be hard to get appointments because they are very popular. They just opened a location in Edmond. It's worth it for suck skilled and comprehensive care.
