Friendly and fast service. Food was not great. Enchilada sauce was actually just seasoned tomato sauce. Rice was heavy on the tomato sauce.

This place is superb. Nice customer service. I tried shrimp omelette customized with spinach and cheese, I loved it!! Tasting flour tortillas and lots of coffee. My daughter asked for Shrimp Chile rellenos and she left nothing on the plate. Bathrooms are super clean! I strongly recommend this place if you visit Puerto Peñasco... The food was so good that we ate lunch here twice during our stay. Today I had the cheese enchiladas and they were so yummy and the portions are large. We have had breakfast here before and the breakfast is just as good. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is clean. read more

The food was ok. The service was terrible. We saw our waitress twice. Once for drinks and then to order our meals. She never followed up to make sure we didn't need anything else. As I walked in the door Irma yelled at me for not having my mask on as she put her lipstick on and was not wearing a mask the entire time we were there. . Irma was very very rude to us and seem like she didn't want to help us. When it was time to pay she came and snag the money and the check off of the table with a horrible attitude. The restaurants hours say they are open at 7. I got there 7:30 to find out they aren't really open until 8. I come in and told them their hours say they are open at seven and the woman working replied "that's not my problem." I sit down to start looking at the menu and the waitress decided to only take 2 peoples orders out of 4 and walked away before we even got a chance to say what we wanted. I can't say much about the food because we didn't stay but I will say being disrespected for no reason gave me no want in eating there anyway. read more

This place always reminds me of growing up and visiting my best friends family where her mom would always make us a full meal no matter what time of day it was or if you just ate. Great brunch place off the beaten path. It's definitely not a tourist trap as many locals eat here. The only reason I gave it four stars was because we had to wait one hour for our food and the tacos were very bland. I had the ranchero carne asada, Apple pancakes and hame omelette. After going for the third time this week, we got a really bad treatment by the restaurant owner Señora Rosa. From start she was offering coffee and there was no coffee cups and her attitude was "im not asking if you have a coffee cup, Im asking if you want coffee or not", then she constantly was ignoring all of our requests for additional plates, salsa. At the time we were going to pay, she takes the exchange rate dollars to pesos at whatever rate she wants too! ALL RESTAURANT BUSINESSES HAVE A CLEAR EXCHANGE RATE SIGN and she didnt even mention it, just cherged me what she wanted. After I complained if I could offer payment with any other credit card, she said NO. After I told her the dollar rate was at least 18 pesos she went on and said "I dont care." After I had to pay what She felt like, she still said "you can go to the bank if you dont like my exchange rate" Wow. I will never return to this little smelly place again. Too bad the food is decent and the waitresses are fine at customer service. The owner is clearly sinking this shipwreck to the ground thinking her attitude is fine. Hope She gets some advice on serving to customers. read more

We went to Rosy's for breakfast and it was the best breakfast spot we found during our trip to Puerto Penasco. The coffee was good and we had a variety of food from pancakes to chilaquiles and machaca. Everything was really tasty (flour tortillas were amazing!) and the customer service was great. All the staff asked us a few times about refilling our coffee cups and if they could get us anything. We'll definitely come here again on our next trip back to PP. read more

When trying to pay the check, she was charging the exchange rate as whatever she wanted (16 pesos per dollar when currently is at least at 18.50), she of course, told us that we could go to the bank if we wanted to but she was going to charge whatever she felt like. What type of answer is that? This is the owner talking to a customer? Really? What a shame! Food was good, but just the attitude since the beginning didn't do it for me. Waitress are nice though. A solid choice for an inexpensive mexican meal. The chimichangas were full of chicken and large, easily a meal for 2. The salsa and chips were good and so were the fajita meat and cheese enchilada. Tortillas were fresh made. Very good prices for very large quantities of food. read more

The food was ok but the server was not polite. She seemed put out that she had to serve us. When my daughter in law asked if there was bacon in the omelet she snatched it away and went to the kitchen. We didn't know what she was doing but we knew that she was angry at us. She came back with the meal and said there wasn't any bacon in it. We never got our toast but we didn't want to take a chance on asking her. The placemats were dirty on our table. I have eaten here before and the service was better. I don't think that we will return. read more
