Absolutely delicious! We were referred to this place by locals! The most authentic Mexican food you'll get in Rocky Point! Huge portions, all of the fixings and great service. CASH ONLY!

Tacos with condiment tray per table.

Love the beef tacos. Chicken too. Super clean place. $38 pesos each. Outstanding for a taco place and cleaner than most. Inside seating.

We make a point to stop here every single time we go to Rocky Point. The papas are amazing and pair it with a Mexican Coke and... Ah, chef's kiss! The salsas are killer as well. The service is always on point and the bathrooms are clean. The nostalgia is part of the experience for sure, but they are really one of the best places consistently. Don't miss out, this place is worth it!

Nothing but love for Tacos Brissa! Highly recommend the Papas Rellenos, Chile rellenos and tacos. All delicious with fantastic salsas! They do not sell alcohol, but you can bring your own:). Must try in RP:). Very casual, fast service, very reasonably priced and delicious carne asada.

$ Tacos Brissa is a great stop when in Puerto Peñasco, especially for any Americans that want authentic (not touristy) food. This time around nobody spoke English, which is understandable, but holding up fingers for how many we wanted and saying the item we figured it out. Lol. They only have about 10 items on their menu (if that), and most involve steak, cheese, and tortillas in some kind of variety. Carne Asada Tacos, Pollo Asado Tacos, Quesadillas, Quesadillas con Carne, Chile Relleno, Papa Rellena, Vampiro, I might have missed a couple things but that's mostly it. After you order you can find a table, most of which are indoors. Then grab sodas in the fridge, and then they'll bring you a toppings tray with a couple salsas, lime wedges, cucumbers, shredded cabbage, guacamole, etc. The items they have in their menu they do well. It does end up being a little same same after a bit, but it was still tasty. I ordered the Papa Rellena, which despite not liking peppers, I really enjoyed, especially on one of their tortillas. The potatoes are steamed and chunked/mashed up a little, covered with peppers, cheese, and Carne Asada. It's a whole potato so it's filling for an individual person, or fun for a table to share. I will definitely order that again. I'd also order the Carne Asada Tacos again. It's simple, but with the tray of condiments you can make it your own. There was some mix up with our order, I think because of the language barrier, and the fact that it was busy, but it was mostly worked out. Overall though, it's definitely worth trying!

Menu with prices. Very reasonable. You are in Mexico, so please take out some pesos- Not sure how they would take dollars.

The food from Tacos Brissa is delicious and the real deal. Don't be mislead by the plain looking tacos in the pictures- the meats are so delicious and flavorful that they need very little. I loved that they make all these regional Sonoran variations. Try the caramelo, it is delicious. The prices are also awesome (I attached a menu pic that this yelp page was sorely lacking). These are local prices, this is not Old Port, and you'll be very pleased. Tip: There is a counter where you can order for takeaway, but if you plan on eating where they have indoor seating, just sit down and a someone will serve you. Also, they don't serve beer, but they encouraged me to run across the street to the Oxxo and grab beer to bring in. I love Mexico.

We were the only ones in the restaurant when we went. The young girl who took care of us was great! She was friendly & super sweet. Hubby got a Michelada & added a shot of Tito's since there was no alcohol in the tomato juice part of the drink. He said it was really good. My sangria was good. It's made with pineapple juice. We ordered the chips & salsa. We also ordered the guacamole. The chips & salsa were good. I was happy there was no heat in the salsa since I am a huge whimp when it comes to spicy food. The guacamole was really good after we added some salt & lime juice. I normally don't eat guacamole, but I liked it too. We went "out of our box" & tried the whole fried fish. We split it. We asked her to add rice & beans if it didn't come with it. It was huge. The fish was fried perfectly! Hubby loved it. I liked it too. It was moist. The rice was good. The refried beans were excellent! I don't know what they do, but the texture & flavor was the best we have ever had. I loved them. We will definitely make this place are go to when we come down again. Please note tips are cash only in case you don't carry cash!

Pollo Lucas has been in the community for decades and they seem like a staple related to fresh chicken in the town. Similarly to other places, there are vendors and men outside who want cash for helping you park. The seating inside offers a lot of spots, but vendors do come inside and ask if you're interested in purchasing other goods. This restaurant does take card payments, but prefer cash/pesos. Most of the workers do not know English, so be prepared and know at least some basic Spanish words beforehand. If not, it'll still be okay! The women at the counter were very kind and helped us get seated. My group shared one chicken (240 pesos) with rice, beans, and salsas. I grabbed a homemade juice that was yummy too. Note that the chicken comes with cabbage, onion, salsa, limes, and tortillas but the other sides are seperate. The chicken was so hot, fresh, and flavorful. Everything was delicious and we ate it all with no leftovers. The chicken is charbroiled and you can see it all cooking.
