We balked and were handed off to a "manager" who told us this was mandatory and they could try to get it off the bill but that the person that could do this was in Texas on a holiday and presently unreachable. We walked out and miraculously as we were pulling out the manager flagged us down to tell us he managed to contact contact the guy in Texas and yes it would be waived. Talk about going the extra mile! So we bought. Even with the 15-20 minute diversion of the paint protection package it took about 2 hours. Not bad. As a postscript, when I got home I realized that our email addresses put down on the paperwork were bogus, sparing us the barrage of "congrats on your new car" messages and probably EchoPark's corporate customer satisfaction survey. We liked our salesperson.

First, the purchasing process took 5-6 HOURS just to process paperwork. I came prepared with my own preapproved financing, yet EchoPark would not allow me to add additional protection services through my own bank. Instead, I was required to purchase their GAP insurance for an outrageous $1,250, compared to approximately $500 through my credit union. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning. Just TWO WEEKS after purchasing the vehicle, the engine began overheating. I immediately took it to my local repair shop, where they discovered that the radiator had been cracked for an extended period of time. Even more disturbing, they found Stop Leak sealant in the cooling system, which appeared to have been used to temporarily conceal the damaged radiator rather than properly repair it. EchoPark proudly advertises its 190-point quality inspection, which raises a very serious question: How does a vehicle with a longstanding cracked radiator and Stop Leak in its cooling system pass such an extensive inspection? Either their inspection process is completely inadequate, or this issue was known and deliberately overlooked. Neither possibility is acceptable. Customers spend tens of thousands of dollars trusting dealerships to sell them safe, reliable vehicles. To discover a significant mechanical problem just two weeks after purchase, along with evidence suggesting an attempt to conceal it, is absolutely unacceptable. I feel completely misled and taken advantage of. The lack of transparency, restrictive financing practices, excessive GAP insurance cost, and questionable vehicle inspection process have completely destroyed my trust in this dealership. BUYER BEWARE. Do not assume that a vehicle has been properly inspected simply because EchoPark advertises a 190-point inspection. I strongly recommend having any vehicle independently inspected by a trusted mechanic BEFORE purchasing. I would NEVER recommend EchoPark Automotive based on my experience. Absolutely disgusting way to conduct business.

Not gonna lie, I was pretty disappointed with this car wash when I stopped by in the Monument area…read more After the wash was done, I spent more than 30 minutes cleaning all the dirt and mud off my vehicle and the tires/rims didn't even look like water had hit them. The clean towels weren't damp or good quality, and they pretty much spread the dirt around instead of wiping it up. I eventually got tired of being there and found a self serve car wash in Denver on my way home to finish rinsing my rims/tires/and wheel wells. I got about 3 pros but they weren't for the actual wash itself. 1) Great views of the mountains 2) Attendant was super nice and asked if I wanted free dash wipes and a ice scraper with my purchase as well 3) They have a machine that you can put your floor mats in and it washes them for you. Overall, I wouldn't go back to this car wash with so many other better options available that feel more like the total package. You do not get your value here. Update from owners response - I guess they are aware of how mediocre their car wash is if they have customers that frequent the place running it through a second time. I can name so many other places that do it right the first time, which should be the standard. Also, there was not dirt/mud build up over time, that was a same day issue. Water from the car wash didn't even touch the rims/tires/wheel wells either, waste of money in my opinion. Don't get shafted by this place. I know better now myself.
