Asked them to repair my 2017 Pacifica. The part they changed had nothing to do with the fault code…read moreand didn't fix it. I ended up repairing it myself. It needed a new camshaft and rockers arms on one cylinder head. Runs great now. No fault codes. They refused to partially refund the repair they did nothing. Variable valve lift and variable valve timing (cam phaser) are completely unrelated mechanical systems. It never had a cam phase fault, but that's the part they replaced. They lost a customer for life.

I explained that I had the Groupon and they AGREED to apply the Groupon to a synthetic blend oil change which is usually $70 so I'd pay the difference of $30. When they finished the service they told me my total was $90 with the coupon applied... so you're telling me the total was $130! BS! I got my receipt and they supposively took off only $28 which still means that my real total would've been $118... but I paid $130 between the Groupon and the service. Avoid going here at all costs! It really sucks being scammed because I'm a young girl.
