I received the quote for $2,400 I agreed later the last day I received a call saying they needed to get a part they didn't have in stock but it would still be ready that day. It was ready as promised. When I picked up the trailer the final bill was $3,400 I did not approve the extra $1,000 I paid it anyway. When I inquired they said the manufacturer of my trailer didn't put the leaf springs in to spec they had to shorten the reach. They charged me a total of $1,800 H To put on 4 hangers that are 4" max. WOW !! He explained most people use trailers only once a year. I thought that was kind of whack because so many people use trailers for business daily including myself. Of course I was upset for pain so much especially when they didn't inform me that they were going to charge me $1,000 more. My axles are heavy duty axles the incompetence of the welder put on 3200 max weight leaf springs in my trailer downgrading what I had. Now I have 5500 axles with 3200 leaf springs on my trailer. The incompetent welder didn't even realize the reason why the leaf springs were in different spots from the 3200 axles is because it was a heavy duty axle and needed the extra space. Now I need to go and get the proper leaf springs in the proper hangers put on my trailer. Shame on The branding iron for taking advantage of small businesses and not doing a professional job. Beware of this unprofessional money gouging company. I will be looking in to small claims court to reclaim my money. Avoid them with all costs

I'll summarize some and spare you the details but I utilized the services of 4 different RV repair shops along my journey. I spent a lot of money but continued to have issues, especially with my electrical system. After my third season (2022-2024) of trying to get things to work properly, two of the shops threw up their hands and told me they didn't have the expertise to solve the problem and recommended I contact the team at One Stop Shop RV repair. The One Stop Shop RV team evaluated the problems I was having and immediately diagnosed how wrong wiring had been used, the expensive lithium batteries I had acquired were bad straight out of the box, and a battery rehost location combined with the right materials would solve the problem. I had also experienced a problem with the coach batteries draining the drive compartment battery on a regular basis. A unique solution was suggested with a selector switch to determine when both batteries interacted for charging purposes but also guarding the drive compartment battery, so I didn't go battery dead in the wilderness. My new upgraded lithium battery solution works OUTSTANDING now. The singular set of problems with my electrical system was only the beginning of how well the One Stop Shop kept me going. On another occasion I was preparing to go out and discovered my refrigerator unit wasn't working. I contacted the One Stop Shop team on a Friday; they reviewed the issue, ordered the part, had me back over on Monday and I was out on-time come Thursday with a functioning refrigerator. Another good one was the One Stop Shop team recommended a unique engine oil change procedure I had never heard of. I was getting 7 miles to the gallon with my Triton V10 engine. After the unique oil change procedure, I immediately began getting 10 miles to the gallon. The additional mileage actually paid for itself over the summer. I'm not going to be able to say enough good about the One Stop Shop team's efforts to get me rolling and keep me on the road. They are courteous, enjoyable to work with, have proven to be knowledgeable beyond the average RV repair shop on multiple occasions, get the job done within reasonable expectations, take the time to teach a rookie how to manage the different elements of an RV, and have proven to me they are the expert you want on your team to put the joy of camping (rather than spending your time doing your own repairs) back at the top of the list. I brought them the spring to request about upgrading to a heavier spring (which they said they didn't carry), or adding a leaf to the existing springs which they said would be $110 per spring (original price of each spring was $35). They told me my camper was overloaded even though I offered to show them the weight slip I have showing the camper is NOT overloaded. In summary, the springs I bought here seem to be average quality at best (certainly no better than the stock Chinese springs that came with my camper), and they are not willing to stand behind their product. On a positive note I will say the U-bolts I bought here are holding up well.
