I dont think vacuuming out oil is sufficient for 110$ service. And when they filled my oil. They somehow flooded my intake with oil. So I had to take apart my air intake and remove throttle body. Is was covered in fresh oil. So I had just happened to plus side at least my oil wasn't overfilled. A great side note after this. I will just be doing my own oil changes way cheaper. They are in a money grab right now. I've been going here for years and paid for the upgraded synthetic oil that they said lasts for 10,000 miles (making it worth the extra charge for the oil). This time I noticed the tag said it was only good for 5000. I went back and asked and the SAME SHOP said no oil last for more than 5000 miles and corporate wants them to put 3000 on the reminder sticker. They are changing the rules so they can make more money. I used to trust them but I will never return. read more

absolutely terrible. I called and explained an issues I had. I didn't even get to ask if they would do an oil change for my Audi Q5. I was hung up on 3 times and then told to stop calling. I was calm and didn't even get to ask if they could do an oil change. these nic Mac's don't care about getting business or there business apparently. I needed to get an oil change done very fast and that's exactly what happened. I pulled up and Paul did my oil change in literally 15 minutes. No waiting around, no bullshit. I typically do my oil changes myself because most places have you waiting for an hour+ after quoting you 20 minute. Paul said it will be done in 15 minutes and that's exactly what was done, he even tossed a discount on my price for no reason. I will for sure start going here for all my oil changes and more. ***STAY AWAY*** After dealing with Rocky Mountain Oil Change (John) for years, it was a hard decision to try Grease Monkey after reading their reviews in Colorado Springs. The first couple times a pleasant experience with Haley and the team. It appears that she does not work there any longer and I didn't recognize any mechanic at this store. Today, the mechanic came out and said he could not service my 2018 Volvo XC60 T8 because they could not remove the skid plate and that someone had riveted it in place. Before asking any questions, they just emphatically said nobody at this place could have done it. I said that Grease Monkey changed the oil last and nobody else has serviced the vehicle and that I'm positive that nobody riveted the skid plate in place. Of course, they argued and then mysteriously another mechanic removed the skid plate to proceed with the oil change. A young man said that he was acting manager "today" with a mechanic and he did not like it when I said obviously the other mechanic knew enough about removing a skid plate and perhaps you didn't know what you were looking at. Then they came and said they could not remove the oil filter because they don't have the right wrench. They also said that the Mobil 1 oil that I provided is wrong for this vehicle and before I could say a word, the "manager" said it was just wrong and look it up. I said I am done and to pack up my oil and filter and would be leaving. This place has no qualified management or mechanical experience and needs to be out of business if the owner cannot get experienced people to work. First experience 5 stars. My last experience 1 star. This time I had Christian who was neither that nor the manager he claimed to be. He couldn't even manage to keep his pants from falling off so I'm not sure how he thinks he can manage a business. When I spot a guy who walks slow, shuffles his feet, mumbles and acts like he is suffering from a perennial hangover I usually just leave. However, my previous visit was so good I thought I would push through. I regret that decision. BIG TIP: I asked for the basic oil change. It's a little bit of a scam here for unsuspecting customers; they call a deluxe oil change including vacuuming and topping off fluids the basic or standard oil change. So when you say "regular, standard" or "basic" they upcharge you. You have to make certain "Hey guys I can vacuum my own car and save $15 so just give me the rock bottom cheap oil change please!" I don't like being hustled, lied to or deceived. So that's for starters. Then this kid, who couldn't shift out of first gear and who had more in common with a South American Sloth than a young American man had such a disconnected arrogant attitude I realized I had made a mistake. At the pace of a snail he begins vacuuming my car. I run out and stop him saying I only wanted the basic oil change. He then lectures me about their pricing, as if. Really? You want to debate deceptive words and semantics? The he puts the keys in my door and closes the door. SO boys and girls when metal keys hit paint what happens? Does anyone in class know the answer? So I run out AGAIN and ask him to take the keys out of the door because every time he closes the door the keys slam into the paint. You would think he was a staunch Catholic and I insulted the Holy Mother. "Never had a problem before" was his response. God in heaven I was trying not to hate this kid. Brilliant communication and customer service. Yes, great business model - let's insult the customers, deceive them into paying higher prices and then treat them like garbage. Well done! Then when I got home the dipstick wasn't even pushed all the way down. So when I have a great experience one time and miserable one the next I don't go back, ever. Why? Because as a paying customer I want consistency and dependability. Is that too much to ask? And I really don't like being talked down to by some baggy pants punk with his backwards hat. Probably the owners son and the job was just handed to him because of his last name. That's the vibe I got. Lazy, slow moving, arrogant, condescending, deceptive. No thanks. I'll pass. I can't speak for anything other than the car wash but, great location for a wash. They spray down and pre treat your vehicle prior to the wash and the prices are reasonable. It is actually cheaper to get a multi pack wh oh you can pay for with credit card as you pull in. read more

What used to be a first class, clean and organized shop is now nothing but another unorganized expensive oil change joint that I would NOT EVER go back to again. I've been going to Rocky Mountain Oil Change for 25 years and have nothing but good things to say about John Savage and his former business. It is now run by the most unprofessional bunch of idiots I've ever met. I pulled in today to get an oil changed and was told that they were going to refuse me service and not to come back because the last time I was there I pulled my own car in just like I've done for 25 years. The employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. the prices are through the roof. I used to get my car washed there all the time as well and it is a good car wash if it's operational. It was closed from the first of the year until May and it's been open now off and on, mostly off , for the last month and a half. It took them almost 6 months to open it back up because they wouldn't get a part. Sorry I don't buy that it takes 6 months to get a part. The employees, if you can get them to come out and rent your car off do a half-assed job on it if at all! I'm a business owner myself and first of all you don't refuse service to anybody. It's super unprofessional and bad business as they will soon find out! Secondly you don't not fix one of your cash cows because you can't supposedly get a part. Be ready to say no a lot. They constantly asked if I wanted to change this or that. Example they told me I needed new wiper blades. I had just replaced them myself a few weeks ago so of course I said no. And then they told me I needed a new air filter. Again I replace that myself for a fraction of what they want to charge. And then they said my oil looked so bad they want to do a flush. Every time I say no they seemed so annoyed with me. They must be on commission to react the way they did. Over the years this place has just got more aggressive with the up-sale. I really don't need that kind of aggravation in my life. So that is going to be my last oil there. read more

This place was absolutely amazing. So helpful! We are moving from Denver to AZ so we have this giant Uhaul connected to the back of our Jeep. I went inside and asked if they had time for an oil change plus if they could help us get the Uhaul off to leave in the parking lot. Nick said they can just do the oil change with the Uhaul on the car and got us in right away. They also checked the tires on the Uhaul to make sure they were good for our trip. I've been here a few times for my car, but sadly probably won't go back ever again. I have a Subaru Outback, and I will say if your techs don't know how to work on a Subaru don't allow them to do it. An incorrect filter was put in my car causing the oil to leak EVERYWHERE. I took it to Heuberger and thankfully they fixed it. Another issue I had is with getting my headlight changed. It wasn't put in correctly and I had to take it back to get fixed. Heuberger ultimately corrected this issue as well. I came here because I was familiar with the people but the people weren't familiar with my car and I'll definitely be taking it elsewhere from now on. read more

I've been to this car wash before and I've had a decent experience. However, I probably won't come back after today. The machine always seems to be picky when it comes to swiping my card. When I inserted cash today, the machine immediately returned all of my bills without warning. This caused my cash to blow away. What a waste. read more

Oil change was fine but expensive. My complaints are that they told me my cabin filter was dirty and needed to be replaced when I just had a couple months prior. My second complaint is that they told me that had refilled my fluids and they never did my window washer fluid. I like to go there for car washes but never again for an oil change. read more

Worst car wash ever. Brushes weren't even working. No air dry. Had to drive straight to another place to get my car cleaned.

My AC went out in my Nissan Frontier. It was a hose that blew. Adam Martin replaced the hose really fast. Then when it was time to put the Freon in, the FAN Motor decided that it wasn't going to work anymore. We got the part right away, and he replaced that. I have a great working AC now thanks to Adam and his professional skills. I have followed Adam since 2004 to work on my vehicles. He is personable, very honest, and a fantastic mechanic for any of your car/truck needs. I highly recommend going to see him at RMOC! read more

Note: If you buy the $25 Express Cleaning at the car wash, be advised that in order to get the console/dash dusting, vacuuming, and interior/exterior window washing, you must exit the regular wash cycle like normal, hook a sharp RIGHT, and drive up to the leftmost garage and the attendants inside will help you out; there are no signs indicating this. read more

Good wash, personal service, custom prep of your car (bugs etc) before the wash. No big lines. Downsides: no hand dry, not cheap (about like the $10 deluxe wash at Water Works in COS but more $$$.) Perhaps their best deal is the $25 super deluxe that includes inside/out window cleaning and full vacuum. read more

I have been taking my old beat up 1998 Honda to these fellas for several years for oil changes. Last April I found out they offer far more than tradition auto maintenance services. The body on that old Honda had been severely damaged over the years from a variety of mishaps, aging and general wear and tear. Adam, who is an absolutely fantastic auto repairman, restored that old Honda into the great looking and acting auto it once was. I have always received the best and most courteous service from this team. Their pricing is fair and they go to extra effort to make sure the job is done right. Not knowing much about cars I'm always hesitant, but he was able to diagnose what he thought the issue was right away and he proceeded to help me out. Didn't try to up-charge me for anything, was very upfront and easy to work with. Other employees came by and were friendly and personable.
