3 minutes to close, giant snow storm, my snow chains won't fit. These guys gladly opened their bay, fixed me up and would not take a tip from me. Who does that? You guys are the best and I truly appreciate your service

Overall: 6/10 Quality of work: 8/10…read moreService: 4/10 Value: 8/10 So this was a bit of a tricky situation. I ordered and paid for $1700 in new winter tires. I came in to have them installed and the employee at the front (Zack) was having what I can only explain as a not so good day and that translated into a horrible, non-existent customer service experience. In short, it resulted in me leaving after two hours and my car never being pulled into the shop. I left beyond frustrated. Having said this, the experience was slightly salvaged by the store manager (Michael) calling me to apologize and to come up with a plan to remedy the situation. He reserved a spot for me the following day at 7:30am to get me in and out with my new tires which he did. Honestly, I'm being generous with the rating here due to Michael's save but still, the experience overall still leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Would I recommend this place? Perhaps, but make sure Michael is there to take care of you.

This place did nothing but rip us off today. We've been taking our cars and trucks to this place…read morefor years, but we will no longer be taking them here. I brought my truck in today due to the check engine light. My code reader gave a single transmission-related code, which I also provided to Big-O when I dropped off my truck. After running their own check, they recommended a transmission flush which they were wanting to charge me roughly $1100 for. That price seemed extreme, so after calling Nissan to see how much this service runs (which is only about $450), I told Big-O not to do anything, that Nissan will do this for less than half the price. Upon picking up our truck, they still charged us $90 for doing absolutely nothing but running the diagnostic codes, which is exactly what I did and provided them the data for. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt after poor customer service a couple months ago with a scheduled oil change, but this is much worse than just poor customer service. We feel ripped off and Big-O just lost two longtime customers.

My 2011 Jeep Wrangler had both rear axle seals leaking pretty badly - Brakes plus quoted me upwards of $1000-1100 to do the work. After calling around JJTracks did a fantastic job and was MUCH cheaper that Brakes Plus! Very professional and quality service! They even conducted a courtesy check of other minor items (wiper blades and oil level) with no pressure to have them fixed - more of a courtesy inspection and recommendation to have addressed. I looked into it myself and told them I suspected the VVT solenoid. Five hours later, I go to call and they tried quoting me engine work and 500 dollars plus to even look at my engine to verify and then he was trying to sell me a new engine. Claimed "it was looked at by four master technicians " Apparently their "master technicians " are less qualified to diagnose than a me, a regular bystander because as soon as I changed out the solenoid...it not only drove. But it drove 2,580 miles to California and then to Seattle. It not only drove 2,580 miles, but it did so towing almost a 4,000 lb trailer. DO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS YOUR BUSINESS! I was an inch from giving up my dream of moving to the PNW because this money hungry auto repair would've caused me to sell my set up since I didn't have alot of money!

They treat each client with much respect and personally take the time to connect with you and they didn't try to sell extra services. They even offered me a refreshment and offered to make me a cup of coffee (it was mid morning). My vehicle was finished in a surprisingly quick amount of time... I barely felt like I had to wait, but even if I did... the waiting area was cozy and comfortable. I felt like I was treated with respect and kindness... even though my vehicle has been neglected due to unforeseen circumstances ... and I was pretty embarrassed about that, however; they didn't bat an eye about it in fact; they made sure my vehicle was safe to drive for me and my "littles". I would definitely go back to this place, and I recommend them to others.

Today I went in and the advisor said he couldn't do that but would give me a $30 discount. new price with complimentary inspection was $185.95. I asked why and he said my vehicle took more than the 5 quart special offer limit and the special oil was $14.50 per quart. The vehicle requires 6 quarts per the manufacture. 6x15 =90 so the 15 minutes to change the oil, per jiffy lube, brings the labor rate to $360 per hour for quick service??? He found several things that needed to be fixed and went over my jeep top to bottom; literally finding and fixing things along the way. I wanted a reliable good running wrangler and now I have one thanks to Pete and his crew. Pete took great care of me and my wrangler and being able to have someone local I can count on is a great feeling. I'm confident he did me right and after having it back now it feels so much tighter and runs better. Thank you Bach Crawlers; I am a life-long customer now and I will refer my friends to you.

Took my 97 Jeep TJ in for underbody suspension work. Back story, this Jeep was owned by Bach…read moreCrawlers previously, and I bought it from the guy who got it from them. There was pretty significant rusting underneath on the drivetrain/frame, which I knew going in. The reason for my poor review has to do with a few things. 1: You never know who you're going to talk to when contacting them (Austin, Misty, or Pete). We dealt with Austin initially, who was friendly and "sold" us on using their services. His initial assessment was that we'd be getting new driveshaft, 2 inch lift, and ball joints to square up some of the rust issues. Originally was told it would be "2-3 days" for completion. After about a week, he "went out of town, and his mother (Misty) told him to stop contacting us. 2:After about a week in the shop, and a few unsuccessful attempts at getting straight answers from them, I was told we'd need to have the rusted knuckles "cut off". Ok, no big deal, I know they were in bad shape. Fast forward a while and I finally picked up my TJ in worse driving shape than it was when I brought it in (took an entire calendar month). Suspension felt loose, noticed knocking sounds, death wobble, etc. 3: Misty, who I guess runs the front of the office, is simply defensive and accusatory when being questioned about their work, promises, etc. Avoid dealing with her if you can. 4: As some other reviews have mentioned, Pete is a friendly guy to talk to, which seems to be the sole reason that place is still in business. 5: After immediately taking my Jeep to an actual professional 4x4 shop in Parker, they were astonished that it had just gotten serviced and commented on several loose suspension components (still under the BC "100 mile retorque" blanket they like to hide behind). Bach crawlers installed the new springs on rusted out and broken perches, which allowed the springs to just move around and not seat properly. The shop in Parker is having to weld new perches on (obviously) for what is a glaring safety and functionality issue. Why couldn't this have been addressed at Bach Crawlers, rather than telling me I'd eventually need all new axles? I spent over $3k with this shop and feel like it made my Jeep worse. They did install new brake rotors/calipers which I will say are much better than before. Their MO, under the guise of saving you money (my guess), is to throw used, old parts on your car to fix whatever issue is present. They overcharge for new parts pretty significantly, and they give excuse after excuse (when you can get ahold of them) as to why their work isn't done yet. Others may have had good experiences with them, but I left feeling completely ripped off and that I had wasted a month out of my life in aggravation. I would go literally anywhere else for Jeep/4x4 service after my experience with them.
