This place is amazing!…read more They helped me get out of a bad situation. Bought a car at a different dealership 7 days ago, came in only for a transmission fluid flush. They spent that time to take pictures and record everything that was leaking and cracking. Didn't charge me ANYTHING, only told me I need to take it back. Which I did. Without their help we wouldn't have known the new car I bought somewhere else was a bad decision to have my family in.

Went in with a severe issue with my Jeep and the the service tech ignored my complaint and ran the service I was forced to check off online. $1200 later, the problem was not fixed and I had to take it to another provider to get fixed. When I went back to discuss the issue, they acknowledged that the complaint was in the system, but the tech did not see it because they are "two different systems" Classic our poor systems are a customer problem type of mentality. I would run far away from this dealership. Oh yeah, prior to all of this when I bought my new wrangler there , the crashed the car upon delivery Tooke them 3 months to fix the damage and a lot of pushing.

We no longer need two cars, so I listed this one on Autotrader, which provides an Autocheck report. The report shows that the car had severe frame damage when purchased at auction, therefore negatively impacting the value on it. I challenged Autocheck, but they stand behind the report. I asked Denver Auto company for help and was treated horribly. They clearly covered up critical damage. These guys are dishonest, unethical and rude. Go somewhere else.

Wow great experience I would highly recommend them if you need a dealership that that is transparent and genuine! Keep up the good work guys !

I was able to find exactly what I was looking for here!…read more Tom was the salesman for my partner and I, but Steve appeared to be doing most of the work behind the scene so to speak in terms of who to contact for financing for a vehicle with higher mileage, etc. Steve was there to assist with his very immense knowledge of auto loans. I had a disappointing experience at this dealership. As a young woman shopping for a car, I came in…read morewith my mom and brother, and the salesman immediately assumed they were the buyers instead of me. Most of the conversation was directed toward them, which made me feel like I wasn't being taken seriously. Before we even saw the car, he sat us down to talk paperwork and pricing. When I asked basic questions, he seemed annoyed rather than helpful. Once we finally looked at the car, it had much more damage than the listing suggested. Every concern we pointed out was met with comments like, "Well, it's an older car," or, "Well, we cleaned it," instead of addressing the issues. Whenever we asked about the price, the only response was, "It's retail price." After having the VIN checked through someone in the car business, we found the vehicle was valued around $2,000 less than the asking price, making it feel significantly overpriced. Overall, I felt dismissed throughout the process. Buying a car is a big decision, and I expected better communication, honesty, and respect.
