    Nope,they don't even return calls after submitting applications, etc. Waste of time for serious car buyers!

    What I loved: -…read moreExtremely friendly service from my advisor. - Clear, upfront pricing shared with an explanation and photographs by the technician. - Easy to reach location in Castle Rock. A couple of concerning points: - Progress status. While I loved receiving a text message with details from the technician and then an email with estimated costs, once I approved the work (love that BTW), I had to call multiple times to find out when my car would be ready for pickup. Why this was an issue for me is CBA is not open on the weekends, so not knowing if u would have a car less than 1 hour before closing on Friday (6PM) was concerning. - The parking lot is TIGHT and it was hard to turn around to find an available spot due to how the lot is configured. Would I return? - 100% yes. Now I know how CBA works, I can better set my personal expectations that I will not have a car for the entire day after drop off (I dropped off at 9AM). Not a huge concern - just understanding the playbook. I do recommend CBA for car repairs. Were they pricey? I say yes, but no more than other places I've been to in Castle Rock. Plus, I love that they provided upfront costs in their message and that I was easily able to approve or deny.

    Awful experience…read more Thank God I only leased the 2025 Charger Daytona, be warned, stay away from it. I've had it for 3 months, it's been in for issues 3 times and needs to go back in again. They returned it to me the 3rd time saying all issues were addressed and as I'm 20 miles away the same issues pop up. I go right back the same day and now they don't have a loaner to provide. I've been driving around for almost two weeks with the same safety errors popping up and I have not been contacted. They told me "Oh don't worry about that error, it's if you get in an accident it'll contact an ambulance and such" that's interesting, so a safety feature isn't working properly and I shouldn't be worried about it. I've heard it from 3 people in their service department including the Service Director Forrest Olson. He even had the audacity to attempt to pawn me off the dodge dealer in aurora for these issues. Naaa that doesn't work for me when one of their selling points before I signed the lease was "we have the most service bays for Dodge Jeep Chrysler and could get you back on the road faster than the others" so why would I go somewhere else? **update: Service Department Manager Todd Blistein contacted to regarding my review and told me to go somewhere else for services. I explained to him my frustration and I'll continue to come here for my services needs as I leased the vehicle from theirs location. He continued to tell me he would not do anything for me, wouldn't provide a rental and to go the Aurora location for my services. Update #2 -- I was contacted by General Manager Derrick Jordan (djordan@castlerockautoplex.com) whom originally advised me to contact Stellantis regarding the issues. The Stellantis customer service department transferred me back to Dodge customer service center whom advised me to take it back into the service department. I emailed Mr Jordan Advising I would be back in and did not appreciate the run around. He had the audacity to tell me they'll no longer provide me with any service because of the review I left. I explained I'd happily change the review if they actually provide customer service, he refused and directed me to go elsewhere. I'll continue to climb the latter of authority as this is experience is highly unprofessional. They're refusing service because they're unable to address my cars issues and left a bad review.     Very disappointing experience at Castle Rock Chevy GMC with Luke & Kai…read more My daughter was originally shown a Mercedes SUV and told it was priced at $19,999. When we came back together later, the story suddenly changed and they claimed that price was actually for a different vehicle. That already felt like a bait-and-switch. It was also concerning that they were willing to push a 10-year-old luxury vehicle onto a 21-year-old who clearly needed a cosigner and had already been put into a bad loan situation at another dealership. The bigger issue was how they handled the trade-in. We were told they would "eat the negative equity" on my daughter's Kia. When we reviewed the numbers, it became clear they were not absorbing anything, they were simply rolling the negative equity into the new loan. By the end, they were trying to have us finance $45,000 for a 10-year-old Mercedes, which is completely unreasonable. Even more frustrating, the Kia she was trading in is actually in pristine condition, very low miles for its year, and had only one previous owner before her. Based on the prices of similar vehicles on their lot, they easily could have resold that Kia for more than the payoff and made their money back if they truly wanted to structure a fair deal. To make matters worse, multiple credit pulls were done, which dropped the credit scores of my daughter and my husband by 12-22 points, all for a deal that never made sense in the first place. My daughter left extremely upset after getting her hopes up, and we left feeling like we had been misled and that our time was wasted. Buyers should be very cautious and make sure they review every number carefully before agreeing to anything here.
