Rossini Organics makes ice cream under the moniker Jacob og Jakob. The friends Jakob de Neergaard and Jacob Marsing-Rossini, of the Rossini caviar family, supplied the luxury products to places like Søllerød Kro (one of my favorite restaurants in all of Denmark and the world!). Through this business they met, and decided they wanted to bring high quality flavors of luxury to more reasonable prices and clientele. They use a base from Tongan vanilla, Got to try their Bourbon and their rhubarb flavors after a solid steak dinner. Caviar to ice cream?
