I had the opportunity to try this wonderful truck out recently in the Penrose neighborhood. I was in the mood for a more traditional milk, tea, but I was very interested in the blue long drink and asked if I could modify. Maria kindly obliged and crafted a delicious and refreshing drink that spoke to my senses. With hints of lemon and very earthy notes (I said earthy, not like dirt), the tea was a nice treat. I am absolutely obsessed with Rosanna! This mobile espresso truck offers a nice selection of coffee, which includes the classics, the seasonals, and the signatures, tea, herbal tea spritzers, and a modest menu of bites (such as parfaits and baguettes). I stopped by in the morning, and ordered: +the Peach & Basil Latte +the Blackberry & Sage Latte +and, a Breakfast Baguette - peaches, whipped goat's cheese, honey, and thyme; there is an option to add prosciutto The lattes were both strong, flavorful, and so good - you know how it's irritating when you order a flavored latte, and you just taste water that has a tine of coffee? Not here - you can taste what it's actually labeled as! The baguette was so delicious - I was surprised in how small it was, but it was actually filling! The sliced peaches were super juicy, and the combination of the goat cheese, honey, and thyme was yummy! Staff are very friendly and welcoming. There are a couple of patio tables set in front of the truck, and these are first-come, first-serve. I LOVE that they had a bowl of fresh water and even puppuccinos available for your fur babies! I came by after seeing this spot on Tiktok and loved the unique flavors and options they had. I got the cold brew with brown sugar flavor and I will say, they are light on their flavors which was great because I hate how sweet some syrups can be. I also got the latte and while they don't have all milk types (whole milk, oat milk, almond milk?) it was really taste with a solid coffee flavor. They had drinks with ginger beer in it and a few other funky but unique items (like a really cool matcha). They also had some baguette breakfast items and some baked goods too. A really great coffee truck. I have tried a few of the coffees and they have all been great. The service is outstanding! They are very friendly and especially dog friendly. They have a water bowl out and free little puppuccinos my dog now loves! The pick some good areas at local parks and it is a easy coffee stop. New-ish mobile coffee van owned by two sisters in the Arlington area! Currently, their location schedule (as of Dec 2023) is as follows: - WED @ Rhodeside Green Park (7 AM-12 PM) - THURS @ Oakland Park (7 AM-12 PM) - FRI @ Quincy Park (7 AM-12 PM) - SAT @ EatLoco Farmers Market at One Loudoun (8 AM-1 PM) - SUN @ Zitkala-Sa Park (9 AM-12 PM) Besides their Saturday schedule (location all the way in Ashburn), they are predominantly around the Ballston-Rosslyn corridor. I was able to stop by today since they were only a few blocks away from me at Oakland Park. They also have a couple tables available for you to sit at and enjoy your drinks and food. The menu is pretty extensive with a lot of seasonal signature drinks that are pretty unique and eye-catching along with a whole list of espresso/black coffee and tea staples. Additionally, they have two baguette options available, too. SHROOM LATTE (12 OZ.) - 5 +1 for oat milk I'm not really sure how they make the mushroom syrup (there are quite a few mushroom types, apparently) but it's incredibly earthy. It reminds me of the herbal/root flavors that I'm used to tasting from the healthy medicinal drinks that my parents gave me growing up. It's definitely an acquired taste that grew on me the more I drank it. There's no espresso or caffeine in this drink, but supposedly, you should feel more energized after drinking it. I'm really glad I got to try it and could see myself getting it again in the future after trying other drinks, but I wouldn't recommend it if you're more risk-adverse when it comes to trying different drinks. BREAKFAST BAGUETTE - 6 +2 prosciutto This was pretty small, definitely more of a snack option as it was barely the size of my hand. So if you're poking around hoping to make a meal out of it, I'd skip. The baguette had interesting toppings, like pear, goat cheese, honey and thyme. The goat cheese was really prominent and the honey sweetened the pear even more. I'm not sure if adding the prosciutto was worth it because it was so thin and the baguette was already so small. Overall, worth a try if these ingredients are of your interest. The ladies running the van were super nice and willing to give suggestions. I'll definitely be back to try other seasonal signature drinks since they're so close to me on Thursdays & Fridays! read more

Love love LOVE Rossana!! I first saw them at the "Eat Loco @ Met Park" market in Arlington. A couple months later and I am still hooked! Now that they have their amazing coffee truck they're able to move around which is great. As of 1/10/24 they have started coming to Highland Park in Pentagon City on Wednesdays 9am-12pm which is the most convenient location for me. They are usually out and about in different areas of Arlington, and at the One Loudoun Farmers Market on Saturdays in Ashburn. The best way to know where they are is through their Instagram (@rossana_toyou) that they update regularly. Randi and Maria are the sweetest sister duo and they have the coolest specialty drinks. Some of my favorites are the clementine peppermint mocha, cinnamon plum steamer, and their peach basil latte. So unique and seriously delicious. Oh how I wish this place was opened outside my apartment 7 days a week!! This place is so amazing. From the food to the drinks to the service, you can't go wrong. I accidentally came right before closing and the owners were so kind to still make me a drink and food. I got an iced blueberry lavender oat milk latte and the breakfast baguette which were amazing! The drink is unique and well made and the baguette is extremely fresh with the most flavorful ingredients.
