Everything was amazing!! The sandwich was such a lovely midday treat, so fresh and perfect. The carrot turmeric latte was SO good I wish I could have one everyday! Hope to run into this crew again someday. Great spot!

New-ish mobile coffee van owned by two sisters in the Arlington area! Currently, their location schedule (as of Dec 2023) is as follows: - WED @ Rhodeside Green Park (7 AM-12 PM) - THURS @ Oakland Park (7 AM-12 PM) - FRI @ Quincy Park (7 AM-12 PM) - SAT @ EatLoco Farmers Market at One Loudoun (8 AM-1 PM) - SUN @ Zitkala-Sa Park (9 AM-12 PM) Besides their Saturday schedule (location all the way in Ashburn), they are predominantly around the Ballston-Rosslyn corridor. I was able to stop by today since they were only a few blocks away from me at Oakland Park. They also have a couple tables available for you to sit at and enjoy your drinks and food. The menu is pretty extensive with a lot of seasonal signature drinks that are pretty unique and eye-catching along with a whole list of espresso/black coffee and tea staples. Additionally, they have two baguette options available, too. SHROOM LATTE (12 OZ.) - 5 +1 for oat milk I'm not really sure how they make the mushroom syrup (there are quite a few mushroom types, apparently) but it's incredibly earthy. It reminds me of the herbal/root flavors that I'm used to tasting from the healthy medicinal drinks that my parents gave me growing up. It's definitely an acquired taste that grew on me the more I drank it. There's no espresso or caffeine in this drink, but supposedly, you should feel more energized after drinking it. I'm really glad I got to try it and could see myself getting it again in the future after trying other drinks, but I wouldn't recommend it if you're more risk-adverse when it comes to trying different drinks. BREAKFAST BAGUETTE - 6 +2 prosciutto This was pretty small, definitely more of a snack option as it was barely the size of my hand. So if you're poking around hoping to make a meal out of it, I'd skip. The baguette had interesting toppings, like pear, goat cheese, honey and thyme. The goat cheese was really prominent and the honey sweetened the pear even more. I'm not sure if adding the prosciutto was worth it because it was so thin and the baguette was already so small. Overall, worth a try if these ingredients are of your interest. The ladies running the van were super nice and willing to give suggestions. I'll definitely be back to try other seasonal signature drinks since they're so close to me on Thursdays & Fridays!

Very dog friendly! Ebenezer loves his free puppuccino and all the attention they give him.

A really great coffee truck. I have tried a few of the coffees and they have all been great. The service is outstanding! They are very friendly and especially dog friendly. They have a water bowl out and free little puppuccinos my dog now loves! The pick some good areas at local parks and it is a easy coffee stop. I'm sure I will visit them again, probably tomorrow if my dog has his way :)

Rossana is one of my favorite coffee companies in the DMV. I am in love with all of their craft lattes & especially their made in house syrups. I recommend their coffee, olive oil cake, and grilled cheeses (when available.) Randi & Maria are wonderful business owners! They run the world's cutest coffee truck, are so kind, and always remember their clients. I absolutely love to see them as much as I love to enjoy their coffee & pastries.

Love love LOVE Rossana!! I first saw them at the "Eat Loco @ Met Park" market in Arlington. A couple months later and I am still hooked! Now that they have their amazing coffee truck they're able to move around which is great. As of 1/10/24 they have started coming to Highland Park in Pentagon City on Wednesdays 9am-12pm which is the most convenient location for me. They are usually out and about in different areas of Arlington, and at the One Loudoun Farmers Market on Saturdays in Ashburn. The best way to know where they are is through their Instagram (@rossana_toyou) that they update regularly. Randi and Maria are the sweetest sister duo and they have the coolest specialty drinks. Some of my favorites are the clementine peppermint mocha, cinnamon plum steamer, and their peach basil latte. So unique and seriously delicious. I can't wait to see the new creations they come up with!

Oh how I wish this place was opened outside my apartment 7 days a week!! This place is so amazing. From the food to the drinks to the service, you can't go wrong. I accidentally came right before closing and the owners were so kind to still make me a drink and food. I got an iced blueberry lavender oat milk latte and the breakfast baguette which were amazing! The drink is unique and well made and the baguette is extremely fresh with the most flavorful ingredients. The people were very sweet and you can't beat the aesthetics of this cute truck! 10/10 recommend and I will be coming back whenever they're in ballston!

Found this pleasant coffee truck by the tennis courts at Quincy Park. Cold brew is hard to mess up, but even harder to make delicious and their cold brew was delicious. Breakfast baguette also hit the spot!

Stopped by the Central library on a Friday AM & came across this coffee/food truck. Best latte & yogurt parfait I've ever had - fresh & delicious. Can't wait to go back.

Some of the best food truck eats in the DMV!....And, giving huge serving portions "ain't never hurt…read morenobody!" After pondering over the usual lunch options, I decided go on a food truck excursion for lunch today. On any given day, just outside the office, there's always several food trucks making their rounds in the Arlington-Ballston area. Luckily for me, Over the Rice decided to show up! Over the Rice seems to have a cult following. As soon as they tweet their location for the day, you can bet there is a line of folks waiting to partake in their fare. This I know, because every time they are anywhere near my office building my coworkers run for the doors during lunch like a cow herd. And, I see why! The food is always fresh and the flavor is there. This is my fourth time visiting this truck and I can attest one thing for sure....the food and taste is consistent....actually, really good. You pick your choice of meat(s): Steak, Grilled Chicken, Lamb, Pork and there is a vegetarian option as well. Then, the assembly of a great meal begins. If you are indecisive like me, they offer a combo meat option which is usually my go to....Chicken n' Steak or....when in the mood to change things up....the Chicken n' Lamb! One word...its "HittinNStickin!" The meat is so tender, juicy...and most of all seasoned! It is served over rice (yellow basmati rice), of course and comes with a side salad and two quarter slices of pita bread. The food is more than enough to share...in my opinion. The finisher that makes the food a hit....is the Tzatziki sauce ANNNDDDDDD this spicy kind of sauce I can't seem to put my finger on it! But, whatever it is.....make sure you order extra of both!! lol THE GOOD IN A NUTSHELL: Overall, you can't go wrong with this food truck! Fast friendly service, fresh tasting, flavorful food, good portions, and you don't get a sense of bad food handling practices like some food trucks or feel like you are going to need a pack of Tums to alleviate the bubble-guts...after consuming it. Nothing but a thumbs up experience and clean operation here. THE EIGHT BALL IN THE CORNER POCKET: The long lines are the only down side, but look at it this way...."good things come to those who wait"....besides, if there was no line then that may not be a good sign for sure! lol

Amazing service from a woman that really cares and will stuff your box (so to speak) full of all kinds of crazy wild food. The service definitely gets a 5. The prices and food are a 4. They are good but not amazing. You get a ton of food, including meatballs and drunken noodles and all sorts of other weird stuff. It's all good but none of it was like, omg wow I can't wait to come back. The Thai Tea Bubble Tea was pretty yum, but the bubbles in it were not so fresh at all. I'd have enjoyed it more if I had ordered it without bubbles. Overall a great experience. My first food in DC after driving non stop from Pittsburgh, where I had just driven to from Buffalo. A crazy long drive which ended in me eating a ton of food from this truck and so it will always be a really positive memory for me. But if you've already tried it and enjoyed it, then I just Sang to the choir. Wheeeeeelllllls... I better be going. I have to talk to my friends from Ireland, Scotland, and Wheels.
