**Extremely disappointing experience.**…read more This was my second consecutive bad experience at Hobby Lobby, but yesterday (8/26 around 5 PM) was the final straw. We were checked out by an employee named Oscar M, whose attitude made us feel extremely unwelcome. He rolled his eyes, shook his head, and acted as though assisting us was an inconvenience. We spent **over $200** at the store, but honestly, the experience was so unpleasant that we are now considering returning everything for a full refund. All of the items are still sitting in the bags at home. Customers should be treated with basic courtesy and respect, regardless of how much they're purchasing. It's incredibly disappointing to spend that kind of money somewhere and leave feeling unwelcome. Hobby Lobby needs to seriously address its customer service.

I've been in here multiple times actually and everyone has been very kind to me. There's a bunch of social distancing reminders and everyone was wearing their masks properly. Recently, I stopped in here to return a pair of jean shorts I bought online that were too big. The associate at the register greeted me with a huge smile and was so easy to talk to. The line moved very quickly and the return was very simple. Additionally, Old Navy has had it ALL recently. From jean shorts to swim suits to linen pants, I've found so many awesome items here. Not to mention the affordable prices! Between in-store options and online special offers, you can really find some good stuff to spoilt yourself here for summer. They also have comfortable lightweight cotton masks that you can get in a 5 pack in plain black or a variety of colors. I got a more colorful set of masks and I get compliments on them all the time. Overall, this spot has great customer service, a tidy-full selection, and parking is plentiful. I recommend this location if you're needing to get something for yourself or even a gift!

I have always loved TJ Maxx. It's been my favorite for Clothes and home decor for many years. I go…read moreto the store and it's either Glendale Heights or Carol Stream on Gary Avenue.. the store is So dirty, your hands get filthy from picking up items to look at them. It is also so overcrowded with items when you look at the clothes, you have to push really hard to make a space to look through them.. The items on the shelf are four and five deep and not the same thing so you might see something at the back of the shelf that you want to take a closer look at and you have to move three or four other items to get at it, which of course kicks up a lot of dust which aggravates my allergies. That store needs a major cleaning and a major reorganization.. They need to narrow down the items that they have put on the shelf and on the clothes rack.. when I go there I feel like I'm hunting through things in a warehouse type setting not a nice store. Also, as is the case with many stores these days, you can never find a person working on the floor who can answer questions for you.. they need to hire more people to be helpful, to keep the store neat , clean and organized.

They didn't greet us or even say anything to us, and the one young girl who was working helped a young girl find a Panic at the Disco! shirt, and she seemed so annoyed when she walked her to the back of the store. After "helping" the young girl, the employee literally brushed right past me and did not even say one word to me. Nice way to treat customers, apparently they pretend we are invisible. If you want to buy band shirts, this is your place to go, but don't expect the employees to really help you. Anytime you ever ask if they have more of a size in the back, they say no because all of what they have is out on the floor... Also, most of the time, they won't even say that they can check another location for you or that they can call you when they get more in, instead, they just walk away from you. Very annoying location, but since this store caters to teenagers, teenagers usually don't give a crap about customer service.
