I had been experiencing knee pain for years and had done PT and acupuncture and had some relief for a while, but it never lasted. This year, hip pain accompanied the knee pain, and then I got lower back pain and it all became too much. I don't like to take medications or pain relievers and had never seen a chiropractor. I was referred to Dr. Ross by a family member, and seeing her was a game changer in my life! For the first couple of months, I went to see her every other week. My body responded to her treatment the very first time. I have to admit that I was a little skeptical that a 15 minute session could produce results. I was wrong! I could finally go for a walk without pain! After 2 treatments, I could fully walk without a knee brace and after 4 visits I was able to resume 4-5 mile walks without any pain or knee brace. A few months after I started seeing Dr. Ross, I could resume hiking which I really missed for so many years. Due to travel and work commitments, I haven't seen Dr Ross for a couple of months. Her treatments have provided such fantastic alignment and relief, that I am able to enjoy walking/hiking without having to see her as often. I will be going back because I want to make sure I stay this way! read more

Dr. Ross really took the time to listen and figure out where I most needed adjustments. My mid back feels better than it has in years.

I've been going to Dr. Allison Ross for 3 years, and she is amazing! She's extremely skilled, for sure, but she's also unbelievably compassionate and welcoming. My body always feels better after an appointment with her, but so does my mind. She's a natural healer who just exudes an air of tranquility. I know many chiropractors will try to upsell additional treatments, supplements or other products, but Dr. Ross has never, ever done that to me. However, when I have questions or seek her counsel on alternative healing methods, I trust her recommendations. I feel that all of these qualities also make Dr. Ross the ideal introduction to chiropractice care for those who are unfamiliar or nervous about taking that first step. Thank you, Dr. Ross! read more

Dr. Ross is fantastic! She always listens to what you need and knows how to fix what ails you. She first loosens the body before adjustments, which always makes them go smooth. Finally, Dr.Ross is incredibly kind and understanding. My whole family goes to see her. There is no one better to go to for chiropractics. read more

Dr. Ross is so sweet! She is calm and welcoming. What is really nice is that she always takes her time to ensure you are getting everything you need. She never rushes and genuinely cares about how you are feeling and improving. I've been going weekly for a little over a month and my back is feeling a lot of relief and I can tell my muscles have definitely relaxed. My hips are also uneven so that causes me pain but fortunately every time I go to Dr. Ross it seems to hurt less between the time of my adjustment and my next appointment. Thank you so much! read more

Dr. Ross is simply the best chiropractor I've had in my life. I've seen chiropractors for the last 20 years in Hawaii and in Southern CA for myself and my children. She's an active listener and is genuinely concerned about her patients and what ails them. For myself, it's my shoulders and lower back. Each time I see her, my aches disappear and my body feels grounded. Dr. Ross combines a gift for healing and empathy with skills and experience. My whole family is very fortunate to have found Dr. Ross and we have been with her for the last 5 years. read more

Dr. Ross is very professional, down to earth and really cares about the patient first. There is no upselling or pressure to do other things. She just wants to make your issue get better and go away. I finally have PPO insurance again and i plan on seeing her asap. my back is sore. read more

I have been here recently for a few visits, to treat my dad for RA arthritis with cold laser therapy. Dr. Allison has been effective in reducing the knee pain. She does not seem to have scheduled extra follow ups or anything as mentioned in some review. She recommended x-rays and after knowing my dad was on visitors insurance, she called back in a day to explain X-ray would be helpful but not necessary if it wasn't covered for me. I was there to treat knee pain, she also read lower back arthritis on X-ray and informed me about it. Did not sell her services to treat it until I requested! I was concerned with the yelp rating and reviews initially. Seeing she is usually booked back to back and there are always patients waiting, and she was effective in treating my dad's knee pain, she is a good doctor I believe! (May not have yelping patients though!) read more

Dr. Ross is very professional and experienced. She always greets me with a big smile and asks me my feeling about my back and shoulders. She sends appointment reminder to me every time in case I forget. I have been seeing Dr. Ross for more than a year and my symptoms have decreased a lot with her treatments. read more

Dr. Ross was able to see my son for an adjustment last minute. She was kind, incredibly thorough and professional. Highly recommended!

I've been working with Dr. Ross for a year and a half through an uncomfortable pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Dr. Ross is extremely professional, kind, and knowledgable. I highly recommend her. read more

Dr Ross took over for Dr Jacqeiline Broughton (I can not remember her exact name right now). That old doctor was the Best Chiropractor I have ever been to. Somehow when the office was bought out they put this Dr Broughton review under Dr Ross's reviews. Dr B liked Dr R... so... Fell 8 feet a few years ago and needless to say have lot of residual pain. Dr Broughton is a specialist in neck pain and has helped me tremendously and has been gentle and safe. My husband has a lot of back pain and he has been helped greatly by her. Good with older people and women and teens and children. Has lots of experience. Is not very tolerant to changes in your schedule though or differing opinions. I hope she never retires though it seems she is may. Thank God for practitioners like her. Now Dr Ross - I only went to once - she is nice and helpful but as her office was new I did not understand how she wanted to do payments. She is gentle but I only went once. read more

Dr. Ross is a very experienced, caring and knowledgeable doctor. I always feel good after every appointment. My whole family comes to her. We also appreciate her flexible schedule and friendly text reminders. Her practice is very clean, smells wonderful and very inviting. If you live in the area and looking for a trusting chiropractor Dr. Ross I highly recommended you book your appointment today! read more

Great place, great service, clean, friendly. Daughter and wife go here regularly and love Dr.Ross

Dr Ross is an excellent chiro. I have been under chiropractic care for about 15 years and seen 3 other chiro's over the years. She is the best I have seen. I have felt over the years that trust is the most important factor. She is honest, caring, compassionate, and genuine with her approach. She will take time to get to know you and suggest the best care. She is a gem. read more

We have been going to Dr. Ross since she took over the practice and have to say she's extremely thorough and caring chiropractor! She suggests good stretching exercises to alleviate the pains you feel throughout the work week and always finds time to fit you into her schedule. For those of you who work hectic hours you'll appreciate her flexibility and when you have to reschedule because a meeting has come up. During the consultations she'll point out what's causing your pain and she will suggest some things you could do to improve the pain but in response to Janis L. review - we never felt pressured into buying anything. read more

I have now been seeing Dr. Ross for over 4 years now and wanted to still acknowledge the superior service she provides to her clients. Within those 4 years not only has she been a wonderful listener to my crazy life, but supportive, encouraging and again more helpful than K*as#r has ever been. She has helped me through 2 slipped discs, a herniated disk, meniscus knee surgery and my current slipped disc issues. I was the less than %1 of people who had complications to a steroidal spinal epidural injection in my spine (which was recommended by K*as#r), which has resulted in nerve damage, numbness and all sorts of fun issues, along with me being placed on SDI. I was then treated like a test subject by them just trying random things that caused more damage to the point of of having to live on morphine. During that time she helped with finding out what tests needed to be done and who I should be seeing, when my own Dr. wouldnt listen to me and denied me every time I asked. Over the past 7 months Ive had several major falls & a million minor falls, countless ER visits, numbness on my entire right side, major swelling issues, balance issues and loss of basic coordination from the epidural and EVERY time I was brushed off by K*as#r. I was told over and over again that "I needed to manage my pain", when I knew something was seriously wrong. Dr. Ross listened to each and every problem I was having and then helped me with exercises, stretches, etc. Finally, 7 months later K*as#r has acknowledged that there "may be a problem". Dr. Ross has consistently gone above and beyond of my expectations and is always concerned for my health and well being. She has even called me on her day off, after one of my many falls to make sure I'm ok. I saw a comment that she was aggressive about her products, in my opinion she has never been pushy, rather informative about them and how they can help improve your well being. I recently got orthos through her and WOW what a huge difference it makes. If you are seriously dedicated to improving your health and over all life, she would be the person I would recommend, even for a consult she is the only person that I will allow to touch my back now :) read more

I've been going to chiropractors for years to help me deal with chronic pain, and Dr. Ross is by far the best I have ever been to. I've been seeing her now for only a few months, and she has helped me tremendously, not only with the original issue I saw her about but also with a number of other issues. She listened, really listened, when I described my complaints and then addressed them in very effective ways. Dr. Ross is committed to her profession and to her patients' health, and this is evident in the way she conducts her practice. I highly recommend her. read more

I went to see Dr Ross because of a discomfort in my neck, side and back. And I suffered no more pain just after 4 visits ! She is really professional in what she does and has a super clean office (which was important for me). If you need a chiropractor, she's the one to visit . read more

When I leave from an adjustment from Dr. Ross, I feel like a cocoon coming out of its shell! When I was pregnant with my first child I had no chiropractic care, suffered sciatic nerve pain, and threw out my back many times. Dr. Ross was introduced by recommendation to me. She helped me pre- and post-pregnancy esp. after my second baby. Also, I love that Dr. Ross welcomes children gladly to her practice. She would show me exercises that target areas of where I had tension, and her adjustments helped ease soreness I had. The preventative care helped so much that I can honestly say, I feel like a totally different person! I haven't thrown out my back ever since, have more energy, and my body doesn't ache as before! Lastly, the person, Janis that left that rude review, you're sadly mistaken. Dr.Ross works with any person's financial hardship if you simply ask. She is willing to work on a 'sliding scale' in charging her patients (like me, a teacher!) because her priority is ultimately to assist you with whole body wellness. It's difficult to find a balance of customer service and expertise from doctors. But, Dr. Ross is an expert in chiropractic care and has the best bed-side manners in service and care. You won't be disappointed. read more

Dr. Ross is the one you need to see before you think of pills or surgery. The first time I saw Dr. Ross she told me where I hurt before I told her, it was amazing. Dr. Ross not only relieves your pain but educates you in a way that you understand. I have taken all my friends and family to her and have had nothing but positive results. Dr. Ross never fails to come through for me and my family. If you are looking for the best I feel that DR. Ross is just that. Thank you Justin Lopez read more

I've been seeing Dr. Ross for over a year. She has helped me with lower back, hip, neck and the list goes on. I've had lower pack pain on and off for several years and finally decided to see a chiropratic. I was referred to Dr. Ross by a fellow employee and am very happy with her care. I see her on a regular basis and my quality of life has improved. I strongly recommend Dr. Ross. read more

I decided to begin treatments for chronic back/hip pain after visiting with Dr. Ross at a corporate benefits fair. With a change in health insurance provider, came the opportunity to have chiropractic care covered. Paperwork has been simple and never had an issue with office co-payments. I've since "graduated" from seeing her twice-a-week for treatments to once every two to three weeks for maintenance adjustments. But after seeing her for almost two-and-a-half years, I decided to submit a review after seeing how Dr. Ross interacted with my daughter during her first visit. Although she is only 8 years old, she has started to express occasional discomfort after doing 15 hours of classes a week for her competitive dance team. Dr. Ross was very through during her evaluation and letting her know exactly what she would be doing prior to adjustments. read more

Dr Ross, I was so happy to be out of pain after my first visit that I just had to write. I wanted to thank you for doing a wonderful job on my leg. It had been bothering me for a few months now and the Acupuncture treatments didn't help. During the treatments you taught me new stretching technique's and how to use a pillow for my legs. I am now getting a full night sleep because of your advise. Thank You so much. I would highly recommend your office to any one who asks. Pain free gal Jane read more

Dr. Ross is nice but, in my opinion, extremely aggressive about selling her chiropractic services: Even though I told her I didn't have the money to continue, she didn't seem to notice and instead continued, in my opinion, to put pressure on me to keep seeing her. I really didn't like this one bit. All I had wanted were my custom made orthotics. I've been to chiropractors for this reason without having to go through this kind of pressure. read more

I totally recommend Ross Chiropractic to anyone looking for a Chiropractor. Dr. Ross is amazing. I play soccer and I work out at the gym regularly. In order for me to stay at the top of my game, I get adjusted regularly. I have been a patient of Dr. Ross's for several years now and I always feel energized after an adjustment. I also get tight muscles from stress and/or working out and she always helps to make my muscles feel less tense. I can also tell when I am out of alignment and am need of an adjustment. Thanks to Dr. Ross, she explains to me what my alignment problems are so I understand why the adjustments are so important, not to mention I feel great after. I would recommend her to anyone looking to improve or maintain their optimal health! Thank you Dr. Ross!!! read more

I have been seeing Dr. Ross for a year for several ailments, including low back pain, Piriformis muscle pain causing leg and foot pain, and neck/shoulder pain. My symptoms have decreased significantly with treatments. I recently had lower jaw pain (I thought I might have a tooth infection); Dr. Ross applied massage and cold laser therapy. My jaw pain disappeared and has not returned since my treatment. Dr. Ross never rushes through my treatments, and she is very patient and compassionate. I would highly recommend her for Chiropractic care. read more

Dr. Ross is wonderful! She really helped me with my back and neck aches. I really appreciate her friendliness and caring nature. She is very thorough and addresses all my concerns. I've seen 7 chiropractors over the last 20 years and she's the best one. I highly recommend her for your chiropractor! read more

I've been going to Dr. Ross since she took over the practice and have always found her pleasant and knowledgeable. Yes, she does offer to sell items or services she thinks will help, but it's never been pressured at all. Because I'm getting older, when I take a fall (or sometimes just move too quickly), things hurt that wouldn't have hurt 20 years ago. A quick adjustment, some recommended heat or ice at home, and following her advice always helps. I have some chronic issues, so I see her pretty regularly, by my choice. read more

Dr. Ross is an absolute miracle worker! I woke up one morning and couldn't turn my neck - I sprained it in a fall and it took a while to really kick in. She was able to take me after hours on the same day for an emergency appointment, and the difference was immediate. I'm now quite addicted - her treatments are fantastic and I always leave feeling better than when I walked into her office. She's also very understanding about me bringing my children along to the appointment, and has toys and things for them to do, which really helps. She's fantastic! read more

Dr. Ross truly cares for her patients. Aside from excellent chiropractic care, she is genuinely concerned for her patients' well-being. It's so hard to get approvals from my insurance to get more visits but she brushes the issue aside and guarantees that she will treat me just the same ---for the same amount of copay! She is truly commendable! read more

I can't add anything else to all the great ratings. I've had 14 chiropractors over the last 40 years and I truly feel she is the best I've come across. We played phone tag for a while but I like that she personally answers all her messages - nothing like having an assistant with a big mouth, which is something I experiences with other DC's receptionists in the area. I really don't want to know who the other patients are and what they're coming for. Dr. Ross is truly worth every dime - and she is VERY reasonably priced, confidential, understanding, and thorough. I never even once felt pressured to see her more often and even though she has a supply of many alternative supplements which I am interested in, she never once suggested them to me. I had to ask. I just adore her! Worth every penny. read more

Dr. Ross is extremely passionate about the well being of her patients - looking at them holistically rather than just a jumble of vertebrae to be periodically realigned. She adjusts ( no pun intended) for the individual patient needs working with own lifestyle. I liked that she didn't try to push reinventing my lifestyle - but added stretches, exercises, and ergonomic tips so I could be proactive in my own wellness. She wlll recommend (and research for you) products, but doesn't pressure you to purchase. I have found her to be very responsive to my needs and have always felt like I was in "good hands" ( although she doesn't sell car insurance!) read more

Dr Allison is a very thorough, caring and competent chiropractor. I have seen many chiros and few take more time to explain what's going on and give as much advice on recovery and prevention as she does. She takes xrays if needed. She uses cold laser too. Her fees are reasonable and I definitely get my money's worth. She doesn't overtreat (if anything I might want to come more often than she recommends!) I never feel rushed out of there even when I have more questions or on the occasions when it seems like I have more going on in need of care than usual. I highly recommend her especially for repetitive injuries. read more
