Ordered cinnamon rolls. They were delivered and there was a meal worm in it. Called them they said they could not refund my money I had to get refund from DoorDash. Did not even offer to replace item (which after encountering that I would not have taken) but the offer would have been nice. read more

I haven't been to Rositos in a while and after today I will not be going back. $6.25 for a tiny bacon egg and cheese sandwich is crazy! They also charge you 5 cents to bag your items! Not into supporting companies that nickel and dine their customers. Don't buy the orange juice either they are now $2.65. Crazy! Very disappointed! read more

Rosito's Bakery is a little small nice bakery. Every time i've went i've never been disappointed and their macarons are so good i've gotten like so many of them and they are so flavorful and soft. Their other pastries like their cream puffs and cannolis are so good and soft and creamy. The only little problem which is not a big deal is sometimes you have to wait for someone to come to the counter the longest i've waited was like 5 minutes when it was empty but that's not a big deal read more

I had 2 cakes from Rosito's and the first one was a baby shower cake. I had asked them to have brown cowboy boots and pink on the top of the boot . Due to my daughter not liking pink I wanted very little. So ... yes they gave me pink boots and brown on top .( see pictures) It was a great looking cake and delicious but they didn't pay attention to my needs. I thought to give them another chance due to the other one was beautiful and they are family business. I had ordered a cow cake (see pictures) for my granddaughter's birthday and it was done perfect EXCEPT for the Happy 1st birthday Everleigh NOT written on it. I called them and they said we didn't tell them to put any writing on the cake! the hell we didn't because my daughter had to spell her daughters name to be put on the cake!! Great pastries that are different from other places in the area. It is very busy so plan on being there for a while.

My patient's parents gave me some sugar cookies as a small gift of appreciation which were brought by their friends all the way from NY! I believe they are the owners of the store. I was so delighted to receive them and even more when I ate them lol. They were soft and the icing wasn't too sweet or hard. Yummy cookies! read more

Absolutely love this place! I love the pastelitos!!!! and the other authentic desserts as well. One of the few places locally to get authentic Puerto Rican desserts and the service is always really good. Each time I go in, they are more than helpful and they always give my little boy a free cookie just because. He doesn't ask, they just offer him one because he's a little boy and they are good people. It always says something when owners are kind to kids and as any parent can attest, when someone treats your kids well, they earn points in your book. Besides that, they have a good selection of bakery goods and they've done special orders for me too if I need a large amount of something for a party or whatnot. Prices are fair too. Pretty easy location to get to and enough parking for their customers. If you're looking for classic Puerto Rican desserts, this place is a must call!! read more

I have been getting cakes here for all occasions for A COUPLE years and have never been disappointed. But this weekend i ordered at toy-story cake for my boys birthday. i go to pick up my cake and its cracked all over the cake. she tells me " oh its cuz it was in the cooler" she didn't even say come back and i will try n cover it up. so i had a cracked cake at my boys party as time went on it cracked even more =( BAD JOB GUYS read more

It is about the only Bakery in this area unless you are going to the "bakeries" at the supermarkets (eg. Price chopper, Hannaford, WALMART, ETC...) Their service is really bad and as for their pastries and bread they are about the same as the service. I went in and bought many pastries, bread, and some drinks when it came to paying I handed her my debit card but since the owner was busy chatting on the phone they could not put my order through. I heard when the owner told her employee to tell me to wait because she had a call and then went on to say "she should pay with cash, no one told her not to carry cash" If it had not been because I had stuff for others I would have left the entire order; I waited for about 10 minutes while I was able to hear the lady on the phone carrying on and laughing with the person on the phone. We have gotten various baked goodies from Rosito's over the past few months. The rum balls are always delicious, as are the danishes and cheese pockets. Service is sometimes not the best, but the quality is always good, so it's worth it. read more
