I've always considered trying a cleaning service, and after research Elena's Home Cleaning seemed to be one of the most affordable and liked in Orange County. I can't speak of pricing compared to other places but I liked the quality, timing, and care of the service. The service line is VERY communicative, we did a lot of communication through e-mail and phone to make sure scheduling and timing was good for everyone. I had one person work on my small bathroom and he did a good job. As for the results, well I'll let the attached before-after picture speak for itself. Considering a FULL apartment deep clean eventually as I've usually only done the bare minimum of weekly self-cleaning in the 5+ years I've been living where I do.

A Great Experience from Start to Finish!…read more We recently scheduled a deep cleaning for our three-bedroom, two-bathroom, single-story home, and I can confidently say the experience was worth every penny! For pricing reference, our total was $450+, including the additional weekend service fee. While pricing will naturally vary depending on the home and services requested, I felt the cost was reasonable for the quality and convenience provided. Michelle handled the scheduling and coordination, and she was fantastic! She was responsive, informative, and made sure we knew exactly what to expect. Two ladies arrived for our scheduled 8:00 AM appointment at precisely 7:58 AM. Talk about punctuality! They were friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating, especially as I was still clearing a few personal belongings to give them better access to certain areas. What I appreciated most was their efficiency without sacrificing the quality of their work. They provided an estimated completion time and delivered right on schedule, if not slightly earlier. Coming home to a freshly deep-cleaned house was definitely the highlight of my weekend! We regularly maintain our home, but having professionals take care of the deeper cleaning makes such a difference. The entire experience, from booking to completion, was seamless, and I'm already considering monthly services. Overall, an easy 10/10! Excellent communication, punctuality, professionalism, and attention to detail. Michelle and her team absolutely delivered, and I wouldn't hesitate to book again or recommend them to others!

However I have had a few hiccups over the past few years since I've used their service. Nothing I couldn't get over and that they didn't try their best to correct. I'm pretty easy going and understand stuff happens. What is leading me to write this review today is how their management handled my particular situation as a loyal patron of a few years. I have had a biweekly cleaning scheduled consistently for the past 6 months. Haven't asked for much change and always get my two cleanings a month - same day, same time. I asked for an EXTRA cleaning this month, so I wanted them to come MORE. The way they entered into their scheduling system deleted my current scheduled time. So to my surprise after I woke up early and spent an hour prepping them to show up at 8 AM, no one came. I called and asked what was going on and I had to follow up twice. They said I wasn't on the schedule until the 29th! I told them I needed it done today and they could not find a way to make that happen for me after I have probably spent close to $10k with the over the past couple years. I have 3 small children so it's not the most convenient to have services like this canceled and then rescheduled. Plus I stripped all my beds and picked up everything for them so they could do a deep clean, all for nothing. Instead of offering any resolution other than "we are sorry, we don't know why this happened", I was pretty disappointed to say the least. Needless to say I will be providing my business elsewhere.

Let's examine both: EXPERTS: They listen, they are thorough, they go only where you tell them and they get it cleaned correctly. Bathrooms, toilets, showers, carpets, blinds, floors, under the sofa..... CLEAN! TRUSTWORTHY: We've used them for years so we feel comfortable leaving the house while they clean. Never a question and never an inkling of something missing. This is critical as you let them into your home, into your sanctuary and into the place you find peace. They keep that sanctity in place and respect your home and you. They are not the cheapest or even inexpensive, but I've never once thought their service wasn't worth it. Just the opposite - I'm always surprised by how clean the house is, how clean it smells, and how we should do this more. The fact that they're all so sweet and hard working is such a bonus. Please take good care of them. They are the best in the business. Highest rating.
