Parking inside is pretty limited, but there's usually plenty of street parking nearby if you don't mind a bit of a walk.

The park is tucked back in the adorable neighborhood and had shade trees, clean bathrooms, grass and a pretty rad playground. Our little lady is too small to really appreciate all that, but she loved getting out of her carseat to crawl around and we were greeted by some friendly residents and their pups while relaxing for a bit. We were told that the neighborhood was lucky to have escaped the threat of a recent fire that burned the hills behind it - whew! So glad to hear! It's a nice place and the people who live there seem to really love it a lot. Thanks for welcoming us for a little break from the asphalt.

When we visited there wasn't a lot of people, but they have a tennis court, a basketball court and a small little playground for kids. They had a few tables around the park. There's not a lot of traffic around the park so it seems safe for your kids if you plan to bring them to play. If you're from around the area and need to take a breather and time to walk, this is a good place to walk around. I saw a few joggers, but it was mostly quiet and hardly anyone around. Since COVID19 a lot of restaurants are not allowing you to dine-in, so this is a good little place to picnic with your friends or family. We ended up staying in the car and parked right by the park. We were in a rush since we came around the holidays, so we could not stay to enjoy it. If I'm ever in the area and need a place to go for a picnic and Eagle Rock isn't allowing dine-in, then I would definitely come back. It's not crowded, it's clean, it looks safe and there's a few benches to hangout. I did not get a chance to check the restrooms, but it did not look bad from the outside view. The grass and trees around the park look well taken care of by the city.

The park offers a play structure for kids to climb and play, a grassy area for people to picnic and throw a ball around, and walk paths to meander. The facilities are clean, and the park is well maintained. There is also a basketball court and a softball field. It was nice to see children off screens, playing and happy, and families barbequing and picnicking. There are some large trees that offer shade, and a couple picnic benches. People should take more time to go to parks, relax in nature, and enjoy the peace and serenity of being outdoors. Spend some time at Two Strike Park.

The ones closest to house is not rentable. Half of the tables are not in the shade. Small amphitheater is there too. Very safe if you visit alone. There are bears, snakes, coyote and small critters. Wilderness park named in honor of George Deukmejian, the 35th Governor of California. Has so much history. Former vineyard and winery. 1885-1890s: French immigrant and winemaker George Le Mesnager purchased acreage in Dunsmore canyon to plant extensive vineyards. The vineyard has 81 grapevines which have been planted since 2004 and are maintained by the Stone Barn Vineyard conservancy which is a part of the historical society of the Crescenta Valley. You can still purchase Stone Barn wine bottles of Chardonnay, cabernet sauvignon, and white zin for $10-$20. City of Glendale purchased land to preserve it from developers. 2009 a severe wildfire swept through the terrain, though resilient landmarks like a historic 200-year-old oak tree survived. 2022 historic stone barn reopened to the public as the Stone Barn Nature Center. If you are familiar with the playground set at Shane's inspiration in Griffith Park, you will notice that they have the same play sets here! They have a small parking lot but I noticed there were a lot of street parking spots as well. We came to the park around 8:30-9 am and there were a lot of spots opened. My son loved playing with everything at the park, it kept him so busy and active for a whole hour! The musical instrument section was his favorite, he loves banging on the drums and playing with the xylophone. The entire playground is castle and dragon themed and it was so cute walking around and seeing the different pictures and cartoons they had on the wall. At one point my son got a little tired from the playground so we decided to walk around the park, there is a short walking trail, tennis court, and workout machines throughout this small park. This park and Palmer Park are definitely our favorite playground parks in the neighborhood!

Everything was cute, festive, and family-friendly, especially for kids. There are plenty of fun spots to take pictures and enjoy the Halloween decorations. We were able to see everything in about an hour and a half. The experience is on the smaller side, and you can see the map in my photos to get an idea of the layout. I paid $29 per ticket on a Tuesday, which felt reasonable. However, weekend tickets are around $50, and personally, I think that's a little too expensive for the size of the experience and what you get to see. Overall, it's a cute Halloween activity for families with kids, especially if you enjoy taking pictures and getting into the Halloween spirit!

Between the entry fee, limited access to parts of the property, and extra charges for attractions inside, the experience didn't quite feel like a good value. I hope this feedback is taken constructively because the gardens have a lot of potential. Better maintenance, ensuring guests have access to the advertised areas, or adjusting pricing when sections are unavailable would make for a much better visitor experience.
