Rosemary's completely exceeded every expectation we had.
From the second we walked in, the entire place felt warm, intimate, and effortlessly beautiful. The lighting, the cozy tables, the little lamps, the garden-style patio... it somehow manages to feel upscale without being pretentious at all. Honestly, I was obsessed immediately. The whole vibe is just spot on: romantic, cozy, stylish, and welcoming. Miami has so many overhyped spots, but Rosemary's actually delivers HARD. You can feel how much care and personality went into every little detail, and by the time we sat down I already knew this place was going to live rent free in my head for a while.
We started with the rosemary focaccia and honestly could've eaten three more orders. Warm, fluffy, perfectly salted, you can taste the fresh olive oil and rosemary, simple but ridiculously good. Honestly, every single dish we had was a standout, but the steak somehow went one level above the rest. It was unbelievably soft, packed with flavor, and one of those bites that immediately makes you start thinking about when you can come back just to order the exact same thing again.
For drinks, I had a cocktail with a rim made from a mix of spices including ghost pepper and wow... even the tiniest lick went a LONG way. I was literally still sweating lol, but somehow I'd order it again because it was so fresh and delicious. Everything here feels thoughtfully done without trying too hard.
Then came the food. The pasta dishes were incredible, rich, comforting, perfectly cooked, and the kind of plates that make you pause after the first bite and just look at each other for a second. The dishes felt a bit small but packs the flavor. The steak with salsa verde and charred broccolini was cooked beautifully and packed with flavor. Even dessert was insane. The tiramisu was light, creamy, balanced, and one of the better versions I've had in Miami. The sea salt on top is what did it for me.
But honestly, what made the experience stand out even more was the service.
Our waiter was phenomenal, genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, and excited about the restaurant. He actually took the time to show us around the patio and introduced us to one of Rosemary's resident cats, Ericka, who casually lives her best life wandering the garden like she owns the place. Apparently there's another cat named Eric too, but he was off doing mysterious cat business somewhere else around the property.
That little interaction made the whole night even more memorable.
You can tell Rosemary's isn't just another trendy Miami restaurant. There's real personality here, real hospitality, and a team that genuinely cares about creating an experience, not just serving dinner.
Easily one of my favorite meals and restaurant experiences I've had in Miami in a long time.
