We believe most people say they want to lose weight or play a certain level of sports but never really understand what they need to accomplish these goals. Every client that comes into FLO Fitness gets a Mechanical Assessment; this helps us determine the following: muscular imbalance, areas of tightness, areas of weakness, strengths, core stability, balance, basic mechanics, and more. With this information a program can begin to be developed to correct most of the client problems. That is what we would consider the "Need" part of their training. Then comes the "Want" part of training, this is the crazy, outrageous and fun part of the training for each client. They use new gadgets and do things that they never thought they could. This is the part of the training that keeps people coming back and loving each workout. There always has to be a healthy ratio of the "Needs" and "Wants" in every workout.
