When I went in for my follow-up appt where they did blood work, measured me, etc. I was told I didn't qualify because I was healthy, my BMI was not high enough, and I am not obese. I knew that already! They do your BMI at the free consultation. Why wasn't I told then? They wasted 2 hours and 20 minutes of my time at my follow-up appt. I was told it would take an hour. The regional manager came in to speak with me to explain why I couldn't get the weight loss injections. I really hope the regional manager is a client. And if she is not, she needs to be. Then maybe they can prove to me it is not a scam. Then the blonde nurse with the big teeth and mouth just left me in the room for over 10 minutes because I wasn't leaning towards the keto plan she was going over with me that they were going to charge me $290 that day and $30 every week thereafter. But not only was she really expensive but she just kept slow playing my care. Every visit she would say what she would do next time and the next time it would be the same delays. I paid thousands in office visits, lab work and supplements without any real progress. She would never look up from her computer during our sessions. The final straw was when she suggested a diet plan. When I got home and looked over the plan I realized it was not tailored to my diet restrictions as a vegetarian. She was told numerous times I didn't eat meat but she just made the same generic recommendations to everyone. The lab work she did would find all kinds of problems but she would hold off addressing them. Then if you needed a refill she would charge you extra for it. Patient care was severely lacking. There are much better doctors who care more about helping their patients then the almighty dollar and will even accept major insurance plans. Don't waste your money here!
