Never an apology or even acknowledgment just trying to pass blame. I would advise to stay away from this practice, they are very unorganized and try their best to pinch every penny they can out of each client.

When I met Dr. Lloyd Gayle, I immediately knew that he was the one. His gregarious manner made me feel instantly at ease. He took his time to answer a myriad of my questions regarding delayed reconstruction options. His knowledge of procedures with pros and cons was not only comprehensive but also considerate of my age and place in life. I left that meeting knowing that Dr. Gayle was top on my list. I then reached out to other survivors and found a few of Dr. Gayle's patients who were not only thrilled with the aesthetics of their results but also felt that warm and fuzzy feeling that too many surgeons are missing.
