Thanks to Groupon for letting me know about this studio (I wouldn't of known otherwise). I bought a voucher for this studio and I'm so glad I did! I was a bit confused when I was trying to get here for the first time. I missed the building because it was getting dark out when I was going in for my first class (the building is pretty dark too lol). When you get into the building, walk up the stairs (don't walk down - you want go past the doctor's office where you will see a big Buddha on that level but keep going up) and the Nirvana studio will be all the way at the top. When I arrived, all I could think about was how cute and well decorated this studio was inside and out (nice decor before you get into the studio near the stairs and on the walls). There a lot of things you can buy as well - snacks, beverages, apparel, jewelry, personal care items, mats and etc. The staff here are wonderful - very friendly and welcoming. The studio itself is very clean, calm, inviting and intimate. It's really nice to see a hot yoga studio maintain their place so well especially when they have back to back classes. I've been to hot yoga studios before where they will mop the floor after a class but not well enough (the floor would still be a bit damp or there would still be a puddle somewhere, making mat placement difficult at times). I have also been to hot yoga studios before that have a weird funky smell upon walking in which I find off-putting.. but not here :) Keep up the great work Nirvana, you are doing a great job! The classes here are great for every level - beginner or advanced. Instructors are very knowledgeable, engaging and attentive. They offer a lot of classes throughout the day and also have other locations at Wayne and Woodland Park. Since I'm a 9-5 working gal, I can only come after work and I love how they offer at least 2 classes after 5PM on weekdays. There's no better way to unwind and relax after a long day of work. It's really a treat because I seriously get the best sleep when I go to a hot yoga class. I highly recommend this studio to anyone!
