It was amazing to see our girl calm down when Nicole was working. She calmly almost peacefully laid thru most of the session. I literally revolve my life around the classes at PB. I feel so incomplete without it! Each and every one in the instructors are amazing. When I met them for the first time, they really take the time out to learn your name and it makes you feel "seen" and comfortable. The whole atmosphere is so welcoming from when you walk into the studio and at the barre. They make sure that your form is correct so you don't injure yourself and even explain in class what moves focus on what muscle groups of your body!
