I hired rose and her team for 4 hours to deep clean 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchen then with whatever time left to dust, vacuum and mop 2 bedrooms, family room and a living/dining room combo. the 2 rooms that I requested to be deep cleaned were not. There are still stains on the walls, dirt and hair behind the toilets and in the corners of the bathroom floors. There are still stains on the cabinets in the kitchen and cobwebs in the corners. The floors were not properly vacuumed and more. The owner was nasty, argued with me, called me defensive when she tried to "prove a point" that the women she sent did the job I asked for. She argued because they cleaned another bedroom in the house that wasn't part of the job and the door had been closed to. Instead of attempting to make it right immediately she gave me a hard time instead. this is terrible business practice. I paid for a service and it was not done to my specifications and now apparently it's my fault ‍ very displeased customer. They're cheap for sure, but you clearly get what you pay for. read more

My daughter recently had emergency spine surgery so I cold called and hired two girls to come. Sight unseen. My daughter is hygienically-compulsive and the house is always immaculately clean and maintained. It just needed some dusting and mopping "Behind the scenes stuff" that she was unable to physically do. The two girls that came did not speak English. I went to Dunkin Donuts and spent $25 on getting them Latte's and treats. All they did was drag a dirty rag across the kitchen counter. I had to point out the dust upstairs and they pretended not to understand. It's 8 days later and I spent half the money and got an excellent cleaner. i do not recommend their services AT ALL. And it's too bad because I would have given her a lot of business. It doesn't pay to be lazy and cut corners here in the United States girls. Live it. Learn it. Have some integrity! read more

Hi, they came to my house mutiple times and cleaned mutiple times amazing !! unfortunately I had airpods missing and wonder forever where they have been. I started tracking the house for about 4 days and it stayed at this one house in patchogue. I went up to the house and seen the cleaners car that was at my house three times before. I talked to the person who posts her husband n daughter on the facebook page and nothing. You physically took something from someone's house and acted dumb founded when they were tracked to the house. We asked where's rosy and you said the upstairs and we went and someone named Maria came out saying we were "threatening her" when we kindly said if you accidnelty took them to give them back. To whoever is getting services from them I hope you know the items you had in your house. I know they do work out in the hamptons and I am sure it is 100% nicer. We found Rose the cleaner through our reputable builders in the Hamptons. My spouse has had his company in the Hamptons for 30+ years. We have been happy with their cleaning services until about two weeks ago, my daughters airpods went missing. We have watched locations of them and saw that at night they came to one address every night. We went there today to ask for them if they accidentally mistakenly took them. Very defensive, denial even though any one with some sense knows apple products are all traceable. Welp we had to call the police make a report and I will be suing in civil court. All for what $110?! We will also let the builders that recommended them know they cannot be trusted. So $110 will ruin your reputation. Sad. read more

JOB NO GOOD. Do not waste your time! Save yourself. Owner Rocio is behind the scenes. Husband is sent to translate and collect money. He is very rude!!! Pushy and confrontational! He won't leave your home! He cursed out my holiday guest got a payment sent to his wife and not given in cash. I threatened to call the police for him to leave. Workers are sent to work per hour! They stand around talking about you in Spanish and makes time run. Zero customer service. UPDATE: 11/29- Called the owner regarding my sons artwork that was purposely thrown out and the husband answered and cursed me out. Called me a "puta". I've saved his artwork up until he is now 14.
