Review I had an uncomfortable experience with this company's hiring process. While the work itself seemed straightforward, the overall approach during recruitment felt less focused on skills and more on certain "preferences" that weren't clearly stated. Despite having strong experience and professionalism, I left feeling that some candidates may be viewed differently based on factors unrelated to performance. The process did not feel as inclusive or respectful as it should be. I finally found a very professional company to do a deep clean of my house. It is Kear Solutions. I received a quote over the phone, and, was told depending on the time the quote may go higher, if more time is needed to complete the job. The company is run by Kenia, and her husband. They are professionals and know how to run a company. Kenia arrived with Fatima, and Myra, the house cleaners. She brought a copy of the business insurance policy, which I requested. They arrived with all the cleaning supplies and tools, which were environmentally safe products. The cleaners went right to work. Kenia told me about her business, and said she would check back to see how her workers did. The entire process, went smoothly. I did pay for an extra 1.5 hours, but was fine with it. The house needed it. Will call Kear Solutions again, when I need a break from cleaning it, and will request Myra and Fatima. They were hard workers and very pleasant. read more

Kenia and her crew are fantastic! They work swiftly and thoroughly -- dusting all the walls, woodworking and crevices, plus they even go over the knick-knacks on display throughout the house. I LOVE this company! I own a small business and was looking for a company to clean and maintain my spa. I was lucky enough to stumble on this couple that own their own cleaning company and I fell in love with them. They are friendly, warm, hard working and very dedicated to their clients! I never have to worry if they are going to show or not....they just always do! If there is ever an issue, I am called in advance and given a solution along with the issue, but I am happy to say that they are rare. Kenia and Armando are just wonderful people that put their heart and soul into their company and I would HIGHLY recommend them. If they ever see anything that needs addressing, I will get an email about it. If I ask for additional things to be done they are happy to discuss the details with me.
