Years before we had our disposal removed after we got new countertops for the kitchen. Apparently, the plumber then made shortcuts unbeknownst to us. In order to have our new dishwasher installed, we had to fix the mess underneath the sink and get it up to code. All Hours were unbelievably amazing! They were able to come out the next day. They were on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. Best of all, reasonably priced! Morris Jenkins quote was ridiculously expensive! I will definitely recommend All Hours to anyone in need of a great plumber. I made sure I keep their number for future projects or repairs.

This week they came out charged me the normal price and didn't cut anything but the front yard and they did a horrible job at that!! They left yard clippings all over- ran it over with the mower didn't "cut" it (see pictures) and didn't trim anything. When I called in to asked if they were coming back to cut the backyard and fix this they said they were too busy. They said they would have a supervisor call me and I have yet to hear from him. (Update) on owners comment! I didn't receive a call that a complete and utter lie! Everyone notice that the pictures posted are from the owner, not customers. Are they real reviews if the owner posted them? I the following day had another company come out and "fix" your work and they did a great job for so much less than your job which didn't cut the grass you mushed it over. He also commented on the trim job your company did which was over a foot to my pavers. I've posted that picture to show the "rush" job this company did. If you want an experienced lawn company don't go with an air conditioning company.... Try a yard company instead- Blade Force 980-250-3673. They only do yards... it's their specialty!!

We were having our bathroom countertops replaced and decided to replace/update the faucets. Since…read morewe were changing the finish color of the faucets, we also needed the trim on the other bathroom fixtures updated to match. Sent photos to McCoy Plumbing and got a quote for the work. Also got a quote from another larger name plumbing and mechanical services company that was considerably higher in price. Went with McCoy's and Dylan was the plumber assigned with a helper. Dylan removed the two existing faucets and replaced the other trim. Two days later, he came back to install the new faucets. We found Dylan to be polite, professional, knowledgeable and experienced. The new faucets were installed on a Friday before a holiday. Late that day, i noticed minor leakage from both drain tailpipes. I contacted Dylan via text and he was on an emergency job and promised to correct the problem on Saturday morning, which he did. The joint between the sink drain and tailpipe just needed a little more putty. That solved the problem and we could not be happier with the final results of the entire job. I expect to be using McCoy's again for additional plumbing remodeling that we are planning.

It was hard to justify, but I figured this was a permanent solution to my problem. The guy told me we will never have birds in our vents again. Nope!! Within a year, one of the vent covers fell off because it was not properly attached. I blew it off and didn't want to bother the company, but then we started to smell dead animals because the birds were getting into my vent system. Then another one recently fell off. I called the company and I felt that they should reattach those covers as a good faith gesture, especially since they charged so much.. They admit that their covers are brittle and they said they will charge $250 to come and fix what they did not properly install. Stay away from this company. They charge astronomical prices and install inferior products so that you have to call them back and they can make more money off of you. Manipulation and denial of responsibility at its finest! I will be contacting my attorney and I will make sure that other people do not work with this company.
