The crust was very good too - doughy enough for the sauce but singed on the tips/edges like it should be by a high-end commercial pizza oven. Someone put real thought/effort into the sauce-cheese-crust balance and it shows (bravo!). The pepperoni and sausage were there, but not nearly as memorable compared to the cheese, sauce and crust (which is a good/smart thing). BOTTOM LINE Do it. Consider just one topping tho, and think of it as flavoring of the cheese, not as the main event. Order extra sauce too. Forget the wings. Order cheesy bread if you like it (or need an appetizer).
