We waited for 10-15 minutes for take out. There is no dining table, just 3 seats for customers waiting. No patience to wait? Call in advance or order online via their website. I received Yelp money back. The verdict...the wings are coated with their so called signature sauce which is greasy and delicious for my husband's taste. Sorry but the flavor wasn't for me. I like simple light coated fried chicken wings. For the ribs, it was probably cooked for the longest time. Not only did we eat the pork meat but also the bones (too soft). There was so much sauce, I didn't enjoy eating. Mashed potato? I could make it better with some heavy cream and butter. I did like their beans with rice. The one piece bread roll that came with the rib and wings combo needs to be steamed or toasted. For the $19 we spent on our meal today, I wished we just had the KFC $5 fill up Instead for dinner/ I prefer Brass Pointe ribs which is perfectly seasoned and delicious without the bbq sauce. This location is hit or miss. I'm a huge fan of the Sweetwater wings, and often drive all the way downtown for carryout, so I was pretty excited that they opened a Southfield location. We tend to order pretty late, so that may have something to do with the quality of our food. I've ordered a few times, and on most occasions, the food is good. We order the seasoned fries and wings all the time, and even though the fries are soft, they're tasty, so we don't mind. This last time, however, my wings were as dry as the desert.
