I'll be disputing with my bank and making a BBB report. Unacceptable I purchased a $50 gift card via the Wing Snob website. When I tried to use this card online, it didn't work. I then went into the physical location, and the card also did not work. The employee told me to contact customer service, and that they may have to reissue me another card that works. Upon contacting customer service, they sent me an email with a card that had the exact same number and pin as the previous card which hadn't worked. I pointed this out with no response. Then just for the sake of trying, I tried again online and in person, with the same results. I was scammed out of $50 for a gift card, their customer service blatantly ignored me, and I would be very cautious spending your money with this company, unless you like being scammed and ignored as well.

And they offer a cheeseburger on toast. All orders are cooked once placed, so there is about a 15 minute wait. But honestly, it is worth it! You can choose your spicy level from mild to extra hot. I love spice and usually stick with medium. The chicken sandwich and the byrd bomb is probably my favorite. As for the sides, the potato salad and fries are my fav. There are plenty of tables inside, so no need to worry about getting a table after you've placed your order. They also have music playing, which make the restaurant feel chill.

The Classic Philly was very hearty and filled me up for hours. They used good quality fresh ribeye steak cooked to order, with good amount of onions and cheese. The bread was substantial (didn't get soggy). Bummer I had to pay $0.65 for green peppers when the sandwich was already $15 though (and didn't come with fries)... It was $6 for large fries to share with friend, but at least they gave a lot and they were good (crunchy, not too greasy, and well seasoned). Someone accidentally grabbed my friend's order, but they made it right by giving him a free bag of potato chips (and bringing out a free side of fries with his sandwich), apologizing. It's a solid place to eat at - a little pricy, but good quality food

But after I tried it, I have to ask why or what happened to it. Maybe the reason they started taking reservations. What place with a bar closes at 8 pm on a Saturday night??? Plenty of room in the dining room for our group. Service was friendly and professional. Menu is probably too big for their kitchen. Portions are a good size but the food was underwhelming. I was torn between the Monte Cristo sandwich, beef stroganoff, and lobster mac & cheese. I ordered the Monte Cristo sandwich and the guy next to me ordered the beef stroganoff. The sandwich's turkey was too thick and the raspberry sauce was thin and runny. The onion rings were not worth warming up the next day. The beef stroganoff didn't have egg noodles and the meat looked more like hamburger meat than steak chunks. I wasn't impressed so I will not be back.

The meal came with 2 pieces, fries and slaw. Overall good meal, although the slaw wasn't anything special. I really enjoyed the flavor and texture of the batter, but the fish itself was a bit lacking. Fries were the best thing on the plate, which should never be the case with this kind of dish.
