Upon contacting customer service, they sent me an email with a card that had the exact same number and pin as the previous card which hadn't worked. I pointed this out with no response. Then just for the sake of trying, I tried again online and in person, with the same results. I was scammed out of $50 for a gift card, their customer service blatantly ignored me, and I would be very cautious spending your money with this company, unless you like being scammed and ignored as well.
