Rosati's is my FAVORITE pizza place. Again, trying to get better at also leaving reviews for my frequent go to's. I got the same thing I always get. A veggie pizza with grilled chicken added. The pizza as usual was great! Fresh out of the oven and along with fresh ingredients. This was my first time at this particular location. The establishement was clean and has indoor dining. Service was pretty quick. The vibe is laid back/casual. Caution though great taste, Rosati's is a bit on the expensive side for pizza. ON November 17th, I called to place an order for a pizza to bring to a friend's house to watch the football game. I inquired about the special that included wings and I thought Pop. When we arrived to pick up the pizza, I sent my daughter in to pick up our items. She called me to ask what type of wings I wanted. I said that they never asked what I wanted. I told her to just get the pizza but she said that they just put the wings in and it would be 20 minutes. Super frustrating. She finally came out to the car, 40 minutes later!!! I first called to see if there was dine-in available and they said yes when I went there with my family it was small, and the food was overpriced. the pizza was brought to our table in a box with no utensils to cut the pizza and eat it. We ordered drinks and there were no cups only cups we had were cups you use for takeout soup. This was an awful experience pizza was not cooked all the way. Usually, pizza taste good the next day but it was terrible even when reheated in the toaster oven. I usually go to Midlothian for takeout but since we're in the area we tried the 95th location. and will not recommend this place again. The slice of sausage pizza was really good - the sauce was great and I like a lot of cheese. But wow did they miss on the customer service part. I read several reviews where people gave poor feedback on a female manager, I am pretty certain she was at the register when I came in for my first visit today. She was really terrible. I almost walked out. I came in, no one else was in there so it was slow and she was behind the counter - loudly said "Hello" and she just looked at me, not saying a word back. I found it odd but thought she may have misheard me - I said it again and looked right at her - she ignored me again. Wow. I said "let me look over the menu I have not been here before - she kept staring at me and never acknowledged what I said so I said it again loudly - she said "okay". I noticed she had apple airpods in, for someone to be ignoring me, if she was on the phone or listening to something I would suggest the owner addresses wearing them in the future, so I ordered a slice. She put it in the container, I paid, and I saw those plastic small clear cups and asked if I could have a cup for water. She said "Well sell bottles of water" and I said I just wanted a cup and asked if they had water I could fill with as I looked around for a soda machine, which I did not find. She said, "I will get you water" and took my cup in the back, I tried to stop her three times saying to her "no it's okay - don't get the water - I will get some when I go back to my office" but she walked away into the back to fill the cup not saying a word. I'd say she had a language barrier but she spoke pretty clearly. Hopefully the owner reads this and decides it's time to really address the feedback that is dragging him down - it's not the food that they're receiving poor reviews over it is the service an d it all seems related to the same woman. Ordered from there yesterday as it was my first time. Maybe a hour goes by after particularly finishing my meatball parmigiana, and I notice that my stomach is in fact Bubbling like crazy. Extremely bad service! I cannot believe that I placed an order at 7:30 PM online from Rosati's on 95th and Ridgeland. After placing my order, I called around an hour later and was told that my order would be another 15 minutes. Ok fine. After another 25 minutes I called again to find out my order could "not be found." After speaking with my spouse about the situation, I decided to call back and speak with the manager. The representative who answered the phone the initial time told me that I had put the wrong number online. I have ordered from this restaurant seven times over the phone with the CORRECT number yet, today, they have the wrong number? This was very distasteful and unprofessional. After checking my credit card bill I was in fact charged for the missing item. A second call to Eva resulted in no satisfaction. Having to make numerous calls and throw out half of an item that I didn't want to eat due to the missing side with no apology or attempt to satisfy me for the cost and inconvenience. Sitwat B the manager is rude and has no problem lying to your face. First and last time I walk into Rosati's Oak Lawn. I ordered a pizza online and the ETA was between 6:55 and 7:05 pm but when my pizza did not show up at 7:20 I wanted a status update and this is where Sitwat showed me the way they treat customers and have total disrespect. When I called Sitwat could not find my order by my name or the Ref ID on the e-mail and when I told her I would come up there to show her the e-mail cause she accused me of placing it at a different location or not placing it at all she magically found my order but it would take between and hour to a 1.25 hours to be delivered (the time it takes to make a pizza) I asked Sitwat why it would take that long since it is already an hour late and she told me that she only had one driver and that is all they can do so just hang tight my pizza will arrive in an hour. I asked her where the driver was and she said he just walked out the door ( I live 5 minutes from this location) so I asked why it would take an hour and she repeated that she only has one driver and lots of orders. Lastly I asked Sitwat if my pizza will be warm when it gets here since it will take the driver an hour to get it to me and her reply "Duh sir it will be" . I ended the call and waited 10 minutes and drove up to the location. Here is is 15 minutes later and still no pizza at my house and I walking into an empty store that is not busy and stand at the counter for 5 minutes before Sitwat finally comes out to greet me. Funny thing right when Sitwat came out a delivery driver came out the back also ( Sitwat told me she only had one driver and that driver had my food who is this guy). I asked Sitwat where my pizza was and she once again told me it is being delivered but it will take an hour for the driver to get it to me since they are busy and short staffed. Funny cause the whole 15 minutes I was in the restaurant only one other person walked in and no food was coming out so they were not busy. After hearing more of Sitway lies about the times provided when you order online are only ETA's and you should add an hour to those times I asked for a refund. While she was processing my refund she called someone, I think it was the driver that just walked out the door that might have had my food cause I got my refund and the driver that she could not call at the start of all these but was out delivering my pizza never showed up at my house. Sitwat is rude and put a bad taste in my mouth for this location and is ruing the good Rosati's name Stay away from this location read more

My first order here was a Fabulous Four pizza, chicken Caesar salad and dough nuggets. The pizza was nothing special, the salad and dough nuggets were very good. The next time there was a special with a one topping pizza and dough nuggets. The pizza was extremely oily even throug and very soggy. The dough nuggets were very good.
