We've been ordering from Rosati's on 95th for about 14 years. Tonight, one of the items in my $74 order was a pizza with two toppings. I received a pizza with one topping. I called to ask for a credit for the second topping. The worker repeatedly insisted that the pizza had both toppings and told me that I was wrong. He then continued raising his voice and escalating the discussion. He then condescendingly agreed to give me a credit because " the garlic only costs about 2 bucks anyway". The 'manager' got on the phone and pretended to have my email address when I requested confirmation of the credit in writing. A simple " I'm sorry ma'am, would you like a credit for that topping" would have kept my family as customers. Instead I was yelled at, told I was wrong, and lied to by the 'manager'. read more

I was unsure if I would do a review for this location. It was our go to. Good pizza, decent sides, great prices, right down the road. All things you look for as your regular joint. We even catered from them on several occasions. However, the response they have had to COVID was extremely lacking, if not shocking. We went to pick up our order. They were doing no social distancing in their pick up area. Where other companies are setting up pick ups systems to hand off at cars or curbside. This location is allowing patrons to overcrowd a very small area. On top of this no one is wearing masks!!! When we asked they said they can't breath and they don't have to. It's a recommendation not a requirement and there boss isn't doing it so they aren't. These were younger adults. As we were leaving one of the young ladies came out to start yelling at us as we were loading up to leave that we had no right to question her and she was not required to wear a mask. This was while we were still in phase 1. Yes, she very much was required to. At this point we asked for a refund and returned our food. The manager at no point stepped in until he had to process the return. He never told his staff to put on masks. Sadly, given that we were yelled at and chased after by an employee they have lost our business forever. read more

Omg. This experience. Terrible. I HAVE to give a rating...so a 1 is what they got. Super simple order, 3 beefs 3 fries and wings. The girl that took the order kept adding mozz sticks, and other things to the order which were never said, and constantly repeated. We thought she got the ordee right....b/c she read it that way. However, we only got 1 fry... none of the giardiniera ...and cheese on them all. (I'm lactose, cant have). We call and speak to Mark to fix the order who told us WE were wrong and that's in fact ehat we order bc Sarah (order taker) was "so good". Talked to my mom like she was inferior. I call back because my mom is upset and can't.... just for the owner to tell me they've had computer issues....(no apologies) then FOUGHT ME that I was wrong because Mark had been there 15 yrs and couldnt be wrong. I did use yhe f bomb as a frustrated customer that he believed 15 f-ing year employee over a customer. He used the word back. He then told.me he had 100 Naperville customers to deal with... which I responded, they should all get correct orders too! He then told me they were all better than me. I WILL NEVER, nor anyone in my neighborhood....do business with them again. Aurelio's is just as close... and has an awesome staff, with awesome food. I've never been treated this way by an owner. WOW. I've been ordering from here usually because it's the only place open later than others but since the first time, I now crave it!!! They make GOOD Italian food here in my opinion! I always get their lasagna and it's huge and cheesy and wonderful marinara sauce. Love love love it. Also their mozzarella sticks are wow. Crunchy and flavorful. I got their Apple pear salad too so good and, as far as desserts, love their cannolis can't go wrong with them- but I also ordered their donuts last time and was shocked with the serving - it was a whole pizza box full of them!! From the first initial phone call I made to Rosati's I felt extremely welcomed and the owner was in high spirits. He made ordering from there a great experience. The pizza was amazing and their cannolis are top notch. After entering their location to pick up the order I noticed that every employee from owner to chef was aware of my arrival all in order to make sure I am taken care of. In this day and age where customer service goes out the window Nick at Rosati's Pizza is my knight in shining polyester armor today! While hoards of angry teenagers grumble about empty stomachs I rushed through an order on GrubHub anxious to stop the madness. Ribs? Check. Fries? Check. Pizza? Check? Fried cauliflower? Oh yes!! Up pops a coupon for a free appetizer. Yum. Fatty in me says add mozzerella sticks. Coupon says add free app in special instructions. Easy enough. Under mozzerella sticks I write free app. Click and send! Doh!! Special instructions FOR the entire order!! I just charged myself an extra 5 bucks. Great.... Minutes later Nick of Rosati's Pizza on 95th has resolved my issue. Driver will come, cash in hand, with the funds to reimburse me. Sweet. One example: Ordered pizza and was told to pick up in 25 minutes. When my husband got there, in 20-25 minutes, they had him pay and then he waited 35 more minutes! I would like to give you a review of the Pizza, problem is they never delivered it! Warning: Do not order on line, it apparently doesn't work Warning 2: Don't trust the Order taker who tells you the pizza will be there in a couple minuets when you have already been waiting an hour Warning 3: Don't try to talk to the Manager, who tries to play stupid about your order, which for him, probably wasn't too much of a streatch! Placed order online at 7:04 with email confirmation. Called at 7:58 to find out what was going on with the order, the girl who answered said she "just checked and it will be there any minute" .....apparently not any minute in the near future. Called back at 8:15 Spoke to the manager who said they never received my order, I stated why was I then lied to about 15 minutes ago...silence.....silence. At that point I hung up and will NEVER order from this place again. Fortunately there are a lot options and Rosati's will never be one of them. The pizza crust is hard and it's always burned and too thin. The bottom is too burned and they put the wrong toppings I ordered a pepperoni and they put onions. The pizza was hot, but was not uniformly cooked. I hate it when thin crust pizza is crisp on the outside and soggy in the middle. The cheese was dense and all of the toppings slid of the slice. We've been ordering from this Rosati's for a few years and it has always been awesome. It's our favorite pizza place in Naperville. I can't even recall the number of pizza's we've ordered from them it's that many. This past Sunday my husband called to place a order and he had to repeat the simple order (deluxe with sausage only on 1/2) at least 7 times. He mentioned we had a $3 off coupon as well. He had to repeat his credit card number at least 5 times before a manager came on the phone to take it. The first time he gave it to her it worked. The entire time my husband was extremely polite and respectful. The pizza delivered to our home and when my husband gave the driver the coupon he apologized that the $3 wasn't taken off which was OK because we order from them all the time so we'd just use the coupon next time. My husband gave the driver a generous tip. I looked at the receipt after the driver left and to my amazement the pizza order was wrong. Instead of 1/2 without sausage they did 1/2 without sauce! My husband called back and spoke to the manager who apologized. My husband said we really would like a new pizza made and that he'd even drive the pizza we received back. The manager mentioned that maybe she could credit us a pizza for the next time. When my husband went in the manger said it was the owner that took our order which was shocking and that the best they could offer us for the major inconvenience was free pop....... my husband told her we don't drink pop and she said that she was sorry. The best part is, they wouldn't even honor the $3 off coupon we had! I think the owner is a jerk and we will never order from here again. I ordered a pizza from this Rosati's and my daughter picked it up. She was told that the cheese was a little brown and that she should call back if she wanted a credit. It was an awful pizza. The cheese was very brown as was the crust. I can't believe they sent her out the door with that admitting it was over cooked and charged her full price! I called for the credit which is towards our next purchase. I asked why she was charged in the first place when they told her it was "brown" and was told that some people like it that way. So I asked if they typically make it that way and was very rudely told well if they ask us to! With a rude sigh! Very disappointed. I called and ordered a double deal for two 14 inch pizzas for $16.99. I added 3 toppings total to the two pizzas and the total they quoted me on the phone was $28. This seemed a little high, but I figured I would check it out when I went to pick up the pizzas. After I paid for the pizzas they handed me a receipt. Sure enough, I had paid $20 for the two pizzas before the toppings instead of $16.99. I explain to to the man at the register that the coupon was for $16.99 and asked why I was not informed I would not get the entire discount. He claimed that the coupon was 3 years old. However, there was no expiration date on the coupon so it should have been honored no matter how old it was. And to top it off the pizza was average at best. I worked at a pizza place for 6 years and know how to deal with customers and these people have no clue. Just tried to order a pie from Rosati's on 5th - Was told that I was in south Naperville and given a different number. When I called the other number, I told them about my coupon (for the 5th location). The manager, Mark, came on the phone and worked with me to come up with a similar offer. He was very understanding and great to work with. We love the pizza and his service makes this my favorite place for pizza delivery! You should definitely check them out! read more
