Rosati's pizza is the best! This location in particular is great. We order from here all the time. I would suggest always ordering from their restaurant website or calling in, not from food delivery apps! It can get confusing and less options to customize. We love their jalapeño poppers and their fried ravioli never disappoints. We create our own pizza and their website helps make it easy when separating/customizing toppings. read more

We ordered 2 deep dish pizzas and they delivered 2 thin crust pizzas. When we called them the manager tried to gaslight us and said he listened to the recording and that we didn't order the deep dish pizzas. He offered to let us hear the recorded call and at the beginning of the call you could clearly hear us order deep dish pizza. The integrity of this shop is questionable. read more

Waited for 30 minutes for a pizza after the ready time from the website, they gave me the wrong pizza. as I'm pulling into my driveway with the pizza they handed me, I get a call that they gave me the wrong pizza and wanted me to bring it back so I can get my actual pie. I bring the pizza back, the owner humiliates this poor teenage girl in front of me saying she made a mistake and tried to cover up her error, and said to make it up to me he "might be able to give me some credit next time"... I ordered a 30 dollar pizza, gave up an hour of my time to drive to and from twice, wait for a pizza, witness a public shaming of a teenage girl from an obviously incompetent owner, but don't worry, next time I MIGHT get some credit. don't worry, there won't be a next time. pizza was ok, not great. service could not have been more disappointing. 0/5 stars if I could. read more

This is the worst Rosati's location I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with in my life. My wife even refuses to order from there anymore and she's the most forgiving person I know. Their order accuracy rate is about 50%, so order extra food just in case they forget an item or two as is customary, order about an hour and forty five minutes from the time you want the cold food delivered even if it's Tuesday at 5:40pm and you live five minutes away; and speaking of cold food be sure to preheat your oven about 1.5 hours after you order to 35 so you can heat up the food when it gets to your house located 5 minutes away from their store, and if you call and complain they might offer you 10% off your next visit...what a joke. People are way more accepting when someone is being honest with what's happening than just waiting for 2 hours while their family is over waiting to eat. I love Rosati's in general, just not this location. The kids they have representing this location are very disappointing to interact with. Almost every visit I've had they give you dirty looks or sit around on their phones. One time I had a kid who delivered a pizza to my house (this location is not even 5 minutes away from my house). I give the driver a good tip & then she proceeds to complain about the amount she was tipped; I gave her almost $5 & she started acting very entitled about what I gave. I reminded her that she was very lucky she even got a tip & that made her storm off. Also the pizza is always never put together properly. I look at what they charge me for their product & then I get this pizza that is barely put together well. If you want a better experience & night then stay away from this location. read more

I've been going to this rosatis regularly for over 10years since I moved to town and had minimal issues, I ordered a pizza for lunch today and the child they have working there was extremely rude on the phone and when I got there to pick it up she says it's 23 and some change so I say really isn't it 10.99 for a large single topping pizza today she rolls her eyes at me and says ok it's 13and change, I'm sorry that you hate your job and aren't any good at it poor poor poor customer service if you want a mediocre pizza accompanied by the worst customer service I'd go there read more

I called Sunday 9-1-19 @ 12:30 pm to order appetizers and a sandwich, the young girl that answered the phone allowed me to start placing my order for a sandwich and then interrupted me halfway through to tell me (they aren't taking food orders due to understaffing!). This is the best Rosati's I have ever had. I have been ordering from this location since moving to the area in October 2017 and their pizzas are always cooked perfectly. I have had many other Rosati's where the pizza was way over-cooked or the toppings were bland. Not the case with this Rosati's. Highly recommend! Bonus: This Rosati's has cream cheese jalapeño poppers. All other Rosati's I've ordered from only have cheddar cheese poppers which are inferior to the cream cheese poppers. read more

So I have been a customer at the Hampshire Rosati's for 20+ years... I always love their pizza and mist of the other things on the menu are great. I ordered a few weeks ago and went to puck up my food. Apparently they feel they are above rules they don't wear and masks or gloves there in the kitchen, taking calls at all. The cashier had a mask bit it was not on. When asked online many customers said the owner told staff they didn't need masks. They have now lost my business. The quality of their food is good. I will not argue against that. However, The customer service is lower than the Earth's crust. On several occasions when I order my food, they repeat the correct order back to me over the phone, but when I go to pick it up there is always one item missing from both my bag and the receipt. Despite them repeating the correct order back to me, they mess up by not including it on the ticket. When I complain about this, they are extremely apathetic and do nothing to make it right. They don't offer the forgotten item for free or a discount on the order. Nothing. They always have the attitude that it's MY fault as the customer. This happens ALL THE TIME. Almost every time we order from them. Does that mean it's up to me as the customer to check inside the bag EACH TIME I go to pick up my order? Because if that's what I have to do in order to get the food I want, I absolutely will go somewhere else. They think that because we live in a town with a population of 9,000 and very few restaurants, that they can hold us hostage and treat customers however they want. It is UNACCEPTABLE. There was another instance where my roommate placed a pick-up order and the employees gave his food away to another customer by accident. I understand mistakes happen, but instead of comping his order, they made him wait 30 minutes and offered him a free can of pop. Gee, that single can of pop sure makes up for all that time wasted. It is an absolute HORRID way to run a business. Just so you know, Rosati's- there is a pizza place in Burlington that delivers to Hampshire that you have now lost our business to. read more

I've had sandwiches ordered out from this place; meatball sub, Italian subs, Italian beef (w cheese and w/o) a BLT and a really great burger. The BLT was really a great novelty; the long bun (split Turano, of course) was lined with fresh lettuce leaves and tomatoes and the whole inside was then filled with crisp real bits of broken bacon. Niiiiiice. The burger was outstanding, better from this pizza joint than many places that call themselves "burger joints." Actually, this compared favorably with a Red Robin burger -- and even better because I got it made to temperature (medium rare; yum!!). The service received from their fleet of drivers is unmatched in customer satisfaction, quality, and interaction. And not to mention the food is always piping hot. Highly recommend! read more

I wish I could give this Rosati's four stars, but, sadly, I cannot. What bothers me even more than the subpar slices of pizza I got was that it USED to be pretty good. Here is what happened, and some background.... First off, I am a pizza guy...I love it. To me, it should have a pretty firm crust, sauce that either has some spice to it or is sweet, and toppings that are plentiful. If you are a fan of extra thin crust cheese- while I respect your right to choose, I think you are making a mistake. With that said...I stopped in to this location because I USED to think it was one of the better ones. (More on that below)... I ordered the special (2 for $6) and passed on the drink. The pizza was thinking crust, despite the owner saying, "No, that is double dough!" (Thick)...the toppings were lacking, and there was an oil slick on top of each slice, which I literally left hanging to drip the oil off before I blotted it. The sauce was also in short supply. Seeing as I had already paid for it and the guy had already run to the back of the kitchen, I tried a few bites and gave up...vowing not to return EVER! IF you like what I think of as "Good Rosati's pizza" try the locations in Morris, Ottawa, DeKalb, Marengo, Hampshire, or Crystal Lake instead! read more

And ordered a xl pizza to take home the sauce tasted different than the slices I wasn't quite sure why, but it was a bit sweeter which I don't prefer, but the pizza was decent. This store was cleaned and well maintained, looking over the lunch specials I found that they have some pretty good deals. If I'm in the area I would definitely visit again. read more

K..I hate leaving bad reviews..I never do, unless it's that bad!! Their pizza has always been ok for being in the cornfields. But, anything else you order is terrible!!! Chicken..so dried out..frozen & refried so many times. Had to throw out! Their French fries were frozen on inside & burnt on outside..3x..Awful. Pasta?? No way they have any culinary meaning of what spaghetti is. A few friends love their cauliflower. I specifically asked tonight, please don't charge us 6 bucks for 50 cents worth of cauliflower..not only did I get the same half of a tiny bag that feeds one person..but it was even less!! I'm not joking. I think when I complained..they got even more aggravated & gave us about 7 very tiny cauliflower pieces. I showed up 25 minutes later and was told my pizza would be ready in 5 minutes. 25 minutes they asked me what I ordered and I told them and they then told me that they never even started my order even though the website charged my account for it. From the wrong dressing, to no garlic bread on the pepper and egg sandwich(not included, up charged tho), to them completely forgetting to make the order and now having to wait for the order. Terrible service. Everytime we have ordered in the last 2 months, our orders have either been wrong or missing items. Tonight my husband picked up our order and it was missing fries. Called and spoken with Maryann who said she would give us a $5 credit and send out a new order right away. Great! 45 minutes later our order arrived cold and soggy. They immediately went into the trash and again a call was made to the manager to make her aware. While Maryann apologized, she laughed and said "well, we tried." Poor poor poor service. We ordered a meatball sandwich and an italian sub. We didn't have to wait long for the sandwiches and they were nice and fresh. Both of them were huge, I ended up making two meals out of the sub.
