Came here on Memorial Day as a last option because my normal pizza spots were closed and I've never heard of this place before but it was open late that day. Had my fiancés whole family in from out of town all weekend and it was there last day and I wanted them to have some amazing pizza, but was a little worried because my normal place was closed. Well, I was surprised here. I called around 9:15 pm and ordered 5 extra large pizzas and one of the pizzas they didn't have on the menu (buffalo chicken) but they made it anyways! So we were told 45 minute wait so get there and place is really nice and clean. Pizza comes out and they actually SHOW you what it looks like before you take it home, most just give you the box. Wow it looked Sooo goood we did all thin crust and it was cut in squares. I finally bring it home and everyone was in love and not one person said anything bad. Even my cousin who's health conscious loved it a lot. Definitely coming here on cheat days or when we need pizza again for a lot of people. New favorite spot! Trust me the cheese pizza on its own thin crust was the best I've had and I'm obsessed with pizza (when not dieting lol). The beef is not ground beef from what I could tell almost looked like What goes in on an Italian beef sandwich. Amazing! Seriously, try this place out! read more

Rosati's have failed me several times and they do not live up to their commitment. I ordered my pizza online for pickup as I mostly always do. When I arrive to pick up the pizza, the young lady advised me the cook burned the pizza and they would have to cook me another. Mind you, I initially ordered my pizza online to avoid having to wait once I got there. While waiting she offered me a 20oz bottled beverage. Really??? Meanwhile after waiting about roughly 35-40 minutes, she brings out my pizza. I get home and this pizza was burned too and the vegetables (bell peppers, onions) were not done. So to my conclusion, they have the temp up too high on the oven and they are rushing the pizzas to cook. Now I'm livid, I had to wait for another burned pizza. I then call the restaurant and asked to speak with Management. When the young lady joined the call, I asked if she was the Manager and she replies "yes". I explained the situation and she asked me to hold while she checked with Manager. Wait a minute...I thought you said you were the Manager. She lied. Now the "real Manager-Sam " joins the call and promises to redo the pizza again and have it delivered. Well after waiting over an hour for delivery that never came. I called back and he said it was delivered. He places me on hold and apologizes and said no they did not make the pizza. At this point it's late and I have loss my appetite, he then promises to refund my money and he NEVER did. I'M DONE FOR GOOD THIS TIME! read more

By far the worst experience ever from pizza delivery. Rosati's is responsible for the delivery themselves. The delivery guy was brown skinned (Arabic or Indian). Did not ask me if pizza looked good or if it was ok..just handed it to me and left. Normally that's okay.. but when the pizza arrived completely destroyed, cheese toppings and sauce on the side of the box and the box is completely soggy.. that's no good. I called Rosati's and spoke to their manager. Manager said no refund because the delivery guy asked me if the pizza looked good. Umm no. He didn't. Manager said he trusts his pizza delivery guy so refused to refund. Not one time did he apoligTake a look at the pizza yourself. No way I can mess a pizza up that badly in the 5 seconds it took for me to move the soggy boxed pizza from front door to kitchen. All the sauce, cheese and toppings were on the side. Never again from this place. Sad part was, I was looking forward to eating here because of my Midwest roots. It looks like from other Yelp reviewers that this is a common occurrence. Owner responded to my review to say they take comments to heart...how about taking responsibility for what happened and come up with a plan to resolve this? The food was overall good. I would order again. The chicken alfredo had too much cream and not enough parmesan. I did have to season it slightly because of this. It was saucy and I didn't have to request extra. The chicken was pre-cut cubes and didn't give an authentic taste. I would try a different pasta. The PIZZA!!!! I had a 18" 2 topping and 2 liter for 21.99 with a coupon. It was fresh and hot. Definitely will order pizza from here again. read more

After years of frequently buying from this location, I'm done with it. Pizza quality is unpredictable. Often overcooked to the point of being dry, burned, and worse their management doesn't care. I've even requested they don't burn it when I order but it doesn't seem to make a difference. It's a crap shoot and I'm through buying here. read more

Funny, I ordered a pizza and I wasn't particularly impressed. Later on I put the pizza in the fridge and then ate the leftovers the next day and that was one of the best cold pizzas I've had in years. Don't know if it just needed more of the ingredients blending in but it was great! I'll definitely try them again. read more

Ordered from here all the time never had a problem. used to tip the 18% atleast compared to the 12% or 25% or whatever..times are rough and all so I tipped the 12% my pizza came well done/almost burnt and the delivery driver pissed on it and left it in front my door and ran off. They use door dash so you can't trust them. read more

The food is just not worth the price. Especially with how long it takes to get to you. Soggy. The sugar completely melted off the doughnut dessert. The pizzas was meh. To top it off. It was 10 minutes past our window so I call to check on the order and the young girl who answered was extremely rude. I placed the order at 6 and before check anything she goes "yes it's been out since 6:30" it was now almost 7:20 so that meant the food was in the car for over 45-50 minutes. Then when I mentioned that she backed tracked and said "oh no it just left at 7:05" which doesn't make it any better since they're literally 6 minutes away from us. Will not order again. Definitely a great place to grab dinner. The pizza is some of the best I've had in Texas for the past 6.5 years. We had mozzarella sticks, cheesy garlic bread, and meat pizza. Though I would have loved to try the Chicag style ... just like a true pizza from Chicago, it take s 45 minutes to cook - and we didn't have the extra time today (next time for sure!!) There was 1 waitress working the front and the phones, she was a not only a magician keeping everyone's drink glasses full and tables cleared of any used plates / glasses ...but also incredibly nice!! Menu has more options then you'd think. Started with the chopped salad, loved it. The chicken was freshly grilled and veggies were crisp. Then we ordered what we came for, Chicago style deep dish. It was super cheesy, saucy and flavorful. The only thing I wanted to be better was the crust. It wasn't doughy or fresh/crispy enough for me. All in all I'd fuq with it again. Ordered the Chicago deep dish pizza to see if it measured up to the real thing. I tried two other Irving based "Chicago" deep dish places recently which were no where near The real deal! Ordered online and it was easy and accurate. Pizza was deliver exactly when they said it would be and it was worth the wait-- any real Chicago style deep dish will take a while to bake! Crust was flaky, the pie was perfectly cooked, and it certainly measures up to the originals in the Windy City! I would definitely order again- without concern! read more

Went with the family on a Sunday evening. The restaurant had hardly any customers at the time. While the staff was very friendly, they were not very attentive. We ordered a deep dish with our toppings and a thin crust with different toppings. The waitress did not write it down and when the the thin crust came out, 35 mins later, they put all of the ingredients we asked for from both pizzas into the thin crust. She said we didn't order two pizzas, right. Hen, the deep dish cane out and it was wrong. Finally, the thin crust came back out and they still could not get it right. Rather than wait another 45 mins, we told them we will just eat it. They did take the thin crust off the bill, but I will not be going back to this location. Also, they have Coca-Cola signs around and it even says Coke products on the menu, but they have only Pepsi products. Just all around not a very good run restaurant. Even with a handful of customers, they never had any employees visible. They all stayed in the back. IMO, poor management. We will stick to the Flower Mound location as that one always has the orders correct. read more

This pizza was a second chance I have given them. Absolutely disgusting. Easily one of the worst choices I have ever made. Yes I kept the pizza, evidence for my friends and family to never order from here again. After calling to voice my opinion again, the rude lady over the phone wasn't very happy or apologetic I was disgusted with this pizza just as much as I was with the last experience. During my order I expressed my concerns and when I called back she said there was nothing wrong with the pizza and she cut it herself. I advise you and others not to bother unless you like greasy pizza with rude customer service. Not what I ordered and not what people want. She also exclaimed they had a huge order from a school and nobody else complained all day. Not that it matters but who's gonna admit that to a customer over the phone. This was a disappointment. They had lunch specials advertised on the outside windows, but no mention of them on the menus that were provided. I asked about the $7 spaghetti special - it was just spaghetti with sauce, not meat sauce or meatballs. I asked if anything came with it, like bread, salad, drink. "No, just the spaghetti." So I ordered some cheesy garlic bread too. Then saw that a piece of garlic bread did indeed come with the spaghetti. Nothing bad about it, but nothing special either. I got there at 12 noon, and only one other table the whole time (I guess this isn't considered a very "special" place for lunch). $7 for spaghetti plus $7 for bread plus $3 for a soft drink = $17 plus tax, and I won't be back for lunch here again. read more

I know Rosatis from Chicago, Namely the store in Oswego Illinois so I was pleasantly surprised when I found one in Dallas. It's kinda far out for me as I live downtown but there's nothing better than a slice of home. I've had the deep dish and the thin crust... Real Chicagoans know that the thin crust is the REAL Chicago pizza . Deep dish is for tourists. The thing crust with the square cut is it for me. Deep dish is good depending on what you get. Eat it there and it'll be great. For me it's too far out but I'm never disappointed when I take that ride. read more

3 stars for the food rating. The food, the pizza, is amazing. Be advised that these pizzas are HUGE---not in diameter, but in thickness. There is a lot of each topping on each pizza. We estimated that the two we ordered, Rosati's Monster and the Classic Combo, were 1 1/2-2" thick. Not so much for the service, although the manager has worked with us on a situation involving miscommunication. Our visit involved a call-in order, late at night, after a Rangers game. The menu on Rosati's website doesn't advise as to how many each size will feed, so we ordered according to our experience with other pizzas. When ordering by phone, remember to ask re: number of people fed with each size. The 30 minute wait turned into an hour, with no concern from the staff regarding our extended wait. Again, the manager contacted us soon after, offering to work with us if we were still in the Lewisville area. An immediate discount at the time of service would have been nice. read more

I recently moved here from Chicago and was happily surprised to see a Rosati's. I first tried the one in McKinney...it was delicious along with the Italian beef. I then found out there was one in Lewisville that was closer to home. Not at all the same flavor of the McKinney location let alone "Chicago"! I thought maybe they had a bad day and went back a few weeks later, still not good. I even went a third time after that since I want to believe they can make the pizza like they do in Chicago. Struck out a 3rd time. Won't ever go back, I don't even think the owners at this location have ever been close to Chicago. I haven't gone back to McKinney since it's too far for me....Lewisville alone was an hour drive. I guess i'll have to wait to go back home in the near future. read more

The pizza had fresh ingredients and was thick, the wings were meaty, but the sauce was more like a paste rather than a glaze, and the garlic bread wasn't what I expected either. I have ordered from here a few times. These last two experiences were atrocious. The first I forgave because a cook showed up late and the gentleman who delivered was nice. It took an hour and a half. This time I ordered and it was awful. I waited an hour and a half, and I called the restaurant where a gentleman told me they " had issues" and that my pizza wasn't even with a driver yet. I asked " so it's going to be two hours or more for a pizza? " and he goes " sorry" And hangs up.
