Another great slice joint. They get one ding for the register being very slow. Decent sized place, clean and some tables (when not packed). Service was quick and a quick warm up provided a nice large tasty slice of Pep/mushroom. Crust a little thicker than most but more toppings than other's too. Besides a slow register it was great.

I think this is the closest pizza place outside Penn station? It's open morbidly late (as any NY pizzeria ought to be) and there's a decent selection of slices. That thing dripping down your pizza is grease, but what else did you expect? Not the best pizza slice I've had in NY not the worst. Somewhere in between. Definitely would go again if I had the craving!

A very average pizzeria for New York. While the location is beyond convenient, this isn't the place you actively seek out to grab pizza at for quality. I will say that they have a lot of options, so there certainly something for everyone. The slices are decently sized but what I didn't love was that the sauce was so sweet. I prefer a more salty suave but it is quite sweet. It seems the renovated the place, so it's spacious and clean. The service is quite quick and you don't have to wait long for food or to order, even during rush hour. Overall, for what's available, it's ok but a bit pricey for the quality.

Lots of topping combinations to choose from, but it was pretty average pizza for me. It would be a good spot to grab a slice if you're in the Penn Station/MSG area and are on the run, but I wouldn't run to take family/friends from out of town to get this pizza like I would with other spots. The plus side is that there's a good amount of seating here, and the store appears to have two floors. Nice if you need to get out of the cold and sit for a minute!

It's my first time in NY and I've been going to different pizza spots for a slice each to test the waters. And pretty much see what an authentic NY style pizza is/taste like. So I'm comparing a few to this place. There's plenty of options. Pizza bottom is the right amount of crisp. End crust was too hard. I got a mushroom spinach slice - nice amount of toppings. Good size. Tomato sauce isn't the best. Sauce + toppings - taste is ok. $4.90 / slice

Wanted to get a taste of NY pizza since we were in NY and well, it was just okay. I'm sure there were other spots better but I checked yelp reviews and we were looking for something quick since we were adventuring. I like the cheese the best. My sister liked the buffalo chicken. The garlic knots were meh. Sauce was cold which was a turn off. Service was meh but they're in the midst of the craziness there so I'm sure they don't really have time to tend to people but a simple thank you and smile hours a long way. Wasn't really expecting much but again this place and food were just okay if you're wanting quick food.

Pepperoni and sausage slice and a white broccoli slice. Need some veggies today. Lol.

While working in the city today, I took a break for lunch. I wanted something quick and easy. The place is busy, they have tons of options of different types of slices. A lot of people seem to know the different names of the slices as well. As busy as they are they have plenty of people behind the counter so the service is quick. They offer seating upstairs as well as the main floor and outdoor seating. As for the pizza itself. As a native New Yorker born and raised in the Bx it is not the best pizza and I won't even add it to my, list of possible places to stop by. There was a sbarro pizza two doors down and I'm not going to a chain restaurant while in NYC. lol. The pizza is good. As with most places, the more toppings the thick let the crust is all the way through. However my broccoli slice was almost perfect in thinness and crispiness. The sausage and pepperoni slice was not a favorite of mine. The sauce was a bit too sweet for me. Others may enjoy it, but it's not for me.

Fair tasting pizza. You can order per slice. Ample seating. Accepts credit/debit. No high chair. You might want a to-go here as tables become messy and most people do not understand the term CLAYGO(clean as you go). No parking

Great place to pick up a couple of slices. So many choices, it's hard to decide. Dough was light and delicious. I like my toasted a little more. Should of told them when they put it in the oven. Plenty of seating up stairs. Worth stopping by if you are in the area

So happy Rosa's Pizza is open again at Penn Station after years. This used to be the go to spot growing up. Great place to grab a few slices of pizza for the train ride back to LI on a late night. We had a cheese slice. vodka slice, buffalo chicken slice, and Margherita slice. Delicious!!! It fulfilled the craving & the workers are very fast! I would go back for the vodka slice in a heart beat.

Stopped in at 0930 to grab a whole pie for my flight back to KW FL and Rosa's hooked me up with a fresh cheese right out the oven! It's soo big it doesn't fit in the box. Can't wait to try .... THANKS Y'ALL!!!

Let me start off with I felt like I was getting ripped off. Although the service was friendly with a variety of slices to pick from, I don't think I can justify a single "specialty slice" for the price of $7. Had I know that walking in, I would have walked right out. The pizza itself was decent but I honestly should have stopped by the $1 slice shop right across the street. Save yourself the $$ and go for the authentic pizza nearby. If you don't mind wasting some money, then you wouldn't be disappointed anyways.

Rosa's is a staple in New York City's Penn Station underground. This location recently opened up due to the major renovations in Penn Station. Rosa's and other businesses were displaced and Rosa's opened up across 7th Ave opposite of Madison Square garden. The pizza is great as the slices are Huge and price tag small. Everyone always comments on the layout of the pizza. The pies are lined up for inspection as you are held spellbound by the variety of pizza available. The staff here is great. Rosa's is kind of a tradition for sports fans to come eat here before going to MSG to watch the game. Trust me, the food prices at MSG is outrageously expensive and not worth the price, eat here. I have had my fair share of slices at Rosa's pizza for years and can honestly say you can't go wrong with the food here.

Great for a quick NY slice. It was a good place to dip into to get off the hot, busy street.

The arancini was a standout: perfectly crisp on the outside, creamy inside, and served with a rich, delicious sauce that tied it all together. We ended on the tiramisu, which was absolutely worth saving room. It was light, flavorful, and a perfect finish to the meal. What really elevated the experience, though, was the staff. Everyone was genuinely kind and helpful--especially notable for New York--and it made the whole evening feel relaxed and welcoming. A small heads-up: it's a bit tricky to find, so give yourself extra time. That said, the hidden, underground subway setting is part of the charm and makes the whole experience feel unique. I'd love to see more restaurants creatively use these kinds of spaces in the future.

It is located right in the hallway of a subway entrance, next to a bar and across from a coffee shop, and it somehow manages to feel like a cozy, sit-down restaurant right in the middle of NYC. Don't let the odd location fool you, the food here is outstanding. The Neapolitan and Sicilian-style pizzas are both exceptional, with rich, well-balanced flavors and perfectly executed crusts. Every bite tastes high quality. Also, don't skip the house-made lemonade! The experience is even better because of the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. They were all so kind to so many people. From offering to keep leftovers in the fridge until a customer was done at their broadway show, to offering a scone to a young child while he and his father waited for their pizza to be done, it was more than just flipping a table and onto the next tip, it was humanity at its best. Be sure to give See No Evil Pizza a try. You certainly will want to come back again for more.
