I get a email saying a ticket has been generated with USPS to ship you order and two weeks later the order still hasn't been picked up by the USPS. I reply to the email address they listed for questions and have not received a response. The order I'm waiting on was placed the next day after a previous order which was picked up the same day the shipping ticket was generated. Make it make sense! I've come to this spot a couple of times to pick flavored cigars. They are the best flavored hand rolled cigars you can buy. Recently I came to sit and smoke here and was able to take a picture with Senor Rosario himself. The crowd is real comfortable to be around, and the staff are helpful. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS HERE !! They do not reply to inquiries and show no empathy or concerns for their costumers needs. They lack clear solutions to simple problems and whoever handles deliveries is has to be highly inexperienced or just DOES NOT CARE !! I won't ever order from here again... Let me preface this review with I almost never give a harsh reviews! But this location took the cake on horrible service, horrible selection, and overpriced products. A couple of years ago when I 1st started smoking cigars I found this place, while I was a novice at smoking cigars I took what they had readily available, which was flavored cigars. While a flavored cigar is good once a year, at best, in my opinion, they can become redundant and sickening to taste. So I stopped coming to this location because of that fact. Let's fast forward to a couple years later, I purchased a house in this area so I was excited to go back strictly based on close proximity to my new home. As soon I walk in I see a couple guys hand rolling cigars right in plain site, which is amazing, but the first thing I smell is flavored cigars, while I'm not the fan of flavored cigars I figured they are going to have regular cigars. I walk into the humidor with someone blocking my path and extremely put off-ish. I grab 2 cigars which are priced at $15 dollars each, I proceed to what I think is the register, the same person blocking my path turns out to be a worker there. I immediately ask are these flavored cigars , because I don't like flavored cigars and that is all I smell in the location, the worker assures me that no, they are definitely not. To my chagrin I get home lite the 1st cigar, and of courses has a hint of some sort of scented flavor which I despise as a self proclaimed avid cigar smoker! Needless to say from this horrible review I will never come back or recommend this location unless I know someone who absolutely loves flavored cigars! Negative stars should be available to give for such horrid businesses!! read more
