I met a couple friends here and we all had a very wonderful experience. When you walk in you feel surrounded by beauty, not just by the physical café itself, but by the people that are working there as well. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures, but I ordered a honey pistachio iced latte, which was extremely delicious, and I loved that it had crushed pistachios on top. I also ordered a Chia seed yogurt bowl and it was prepared so beautifully and had great texture and flavor with very fresh kiwis and strawberries on top. The huge white coffee cup on the wall bearing the Rosalia's name printed on its side was a pretty good indicator that this café was a good place to have a coffee. The barista brewed me a Lavazza espresso presented in a little porcelain cup on a saucer with a gold stirring spoon - very nice presentation. Sat at the marble circular table with gray velvet cushions with matching linear design back wall cushion. Lots of colorful silk flowers affixed to the ceiling. A botanical oasis for sure. The little details were noticed and appreciated. My wife would say this café was cute. The gender neutral bathroom was absolutely devine with multi colored floral design wrap around wall paper above the peach etched wood walls and a white ceramic deep sink. read more

From the moment I walked into Rosalia's, I was impressed. The space is beautifully designed... simple, clean, and incredibly welcoming. The display case showcases an enticing assortment of pastries and baked goods. The selection isn't huge, but that's part of the charm... there's more than enough to choose from because everything looks so good. I chose the Macon Apple Loaf, served with a generous dollop of lightly sweetened whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon... it was fantastic... incredibly moist with subtle, well-balanced flavors. Of course, Rosalia's has become known for the fresh flowers taped to its to-go drinks. It's a charming, thoughtful touch, but little details like that only matter when the product itself is exceptional... and from everything I saw and heard from fellow guests, it clearly is. I had no doubt. During my brief conversation with Rosalia when I picked up my order, it was immediately obvious how passionate she is about what she's creating. Nothing here feels accidental. The inside is pretty small and they don't have baby seats (moms and dads need cute drinks too!) Overall a nice addition to west boca. read more

Super cute coffee shop with fresh pastries and very unique drink creations. Owner Rosalia works in the store and uses her own syrups and brewed tea to make the drinks. Love how she puts in effort to make each cup of coffee or tea taste amazing and is beautifully presented as well. There are extra charges for milk alternatives and there's 2 size options. There are so many options I want to try from Halva Honey to Golden Milk but on this trip I opted for the Orange Almond latte which is espresso based. It wasn't super sweet but definitely rich in flavor. Lots of citrus taste with a hint of almond and bold coffee. There's a lovely slice of dried orange to top it off. Love the atmosphere of the shop as well, simple but well decorated. Will be back soon! read more

What a GEM of a find!!! A friend of mine at Pilates recommended this spot and I'm so happy I got to visit on a Sunday morning. As soon as you walk in, the decor is just stunning and lovely! My mom and I split the spinach quiche which was warmed up for us. I ordered the nitro coldbrew and my mom ordered a cappuccino. Exquisite service and an absolutely wonderful experience even though I was in a bit of a hurry! Everything was delicious. Our favorite part was the little flowers that were taped into our drinks. I think this is such a unique touch and I've never seen it done anywhere else. I will absolutely be back soon! read more

The quality of the Dubai Iced Latte is so good. It's incredible. It feels rich, yet light. Delicious. I can't wait to get this again, and I'm excited to try the other drinks. Huge menu. Very cute friendly cafe! So glad this little cafe opened up in my neighborhood. Ordered online for pick up and it was super easy. The inside is extremely beautiful with a very botanical theme thus the name! They also tape little flowers on the cups and the person working at the counter was extremely friendly. The coffee I got was deliciously it was the coconut rose with almond sweet cream. I loved it. Also got two teas to try. They were pretty tasty but thought the kiwi mint had a too many big leaves of mint. Overall I would totally come back here!! read more

Starbucks could never! Not only is the ambience to die for but so is the food and drink! Why would anyone go to a chain coffee shop when we are lucky enough to have Rosalia's here in west Boca. Cute new cafe open in Mission bay. Came by for some drinks to-go and ordered a matcha with strawberry puree and a Dubai latte. Both were really good and not overly sweet. I wasn't planning on trying any bakery items but I got a pistachio crossiant to-go it just looked too good. The vibe is cute and floral. The drinks even came with a little flower bouqet attached to the cup. Very original and unique touch. I will definitely be returning to try more beverages. read more

I visited this new business on Friday morning. When I walked in the cafe was empty inside with a couple working outside on their laptops. The cafe has been open for two months. When I walked up to the counter, I was greeted and the young lady asked me if I knew what I wanted. I told her I wanted Cafe Americano (I should have asked for American Coffee) and I got a espresso drink. I also ordered the apple cake. I would like to say that both items were very good. My order was brought over by the lady who took my order. I never saw anyone again. I was hoping someone would come by to ask how everything was, or did I need something. When I was leaving the owner asked how was everything, but by then it was too late. Even though they are a counter store as she described it, there was no one else inside the cafe, she could have just asked how everything was, or did I need anything. This is a nice place that is two months old, and hopefully they will continue to grow and prosper. read more

The coffee shop is super cute inside, and the outdoor patio seating is a great place to relax with a coffee. The owner and staff are so nice and welcoming. The coffee is excellent. My favorite is the iced shaken espresso with caramel syrup, but I also loved the pistachio honey. They have some really unique flavors, and I appreciate that they use just the right amount of syrup so the drinks aren't overly sweet. Some drinks are even sweetened with honey, which is a nice touch. Definitely will be a regular here! read more

I was out in West Boca running errands, came across this place by accident, and figured I would stop in. I'm so glad I did! The place is super cute and clearly run by people who love what they do -- caring about everything down to presentation, hand-taping a flower to my cup and a little bow on my to-go bag. A bit on the pricier side, but worth it. I got an iced cookie butter latte with oatmilk and a tomato pesto tart, which came out to $16.52 before tip. The latte was delicious and the pesto was the perfect snack size mid-morning treat for me. I will definitely be back next time I am in the area. read more
