Fingers crossed they last here as it was an AMAZING meal. We were able to get seats at the bar and were greeted right away by Jenny. Really decent draft selection with Asahi and Sapporo draft both available. I intended to just try the ramen, but we stuck up conversations with others at the bar and started to order with my eyes. They have a great specials board of fresh choices to go with the menu. Will be back for sure!

After driving by this place often and watching them prep for opening, I was excited to finally give it a try. The food was good and service was very fast. I see that it will be very popular as more people hear about it. They have a cool fun theme going with the decorations as it fully puts you in the mood for some ramen. I loved the shrimp shumai that comes lollipop style, the gyoza, and the shrimp tempura roll was really good. The main event was the Ramen and the waitress was kind enough to help me decide what kind I might like to order and I made the right choice. It was delicious. I definitely recommend this place if you're in the area.

This was a lovely experience. Came here on a Thursday with my wife for dinner. Clean, spacious and nicely decorated interior. We were greeted warmly and had fast and attentive service throughout. Our food was excellent: --tuna " pizza" and yellowtail carpaccio apps --We both had great ramen; I particularly enjoyed my tonkatsu Go there!!!

I really enjoyed the Sushi/Sashimi combo which i had last night, the Sashimi was some of the best i've had in Fairfield Cty. Service was great, but i was one of just five others there in the entire restaurant, which has become a sad trend for this location in recent years. Ambience was fine and lack of other patrons does not itself justify a poor Ambience rating. The one and only criticism i would raise would be the background music choice which i felt was out of sorts with the restaurant and the vibe they're trying to create. I just came back from Roppongi Hills in Tokyo last month and hope Roppongi survives! Overall, 素晴らしい食事 and よくやった. I'll be back! Well done

Hands down the best Japanese restaurant we've been to recently! For them being so new, we were impressed that they seem to have no kinks to work out. Menu items that we were really impressed to see were the tuna wasabi dumplings and dragon balls, which my husband loved for a better fish to rice ratio. Everything was fresh and flavorful, and the server was kind and attentive. Beautiful and clean inside, and they even had a covered patio. We will absolutely be back!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!…read more My friend and I came here for happy hour and were really disappointed by the service. From the start, our first round of drinks was delivered to the table next to us, and those guests actually drank from them before the waitress realized the mistake. Despite being told the drinks had already been sipped, she still tried to give them to us, and we had to firmly refuse before new drinks were made. Things didn't improve after that. My second drink, a glass of Sauvignon Blanc, arrived in a wine glass that clearly had someone else's lipstick on it, so I had to send that back as well. We also ordered edamame for the table, which was completely forgotten--we had to re-order it 45 minutes later before it finally arrived. My tofu and sushi were also underwhelming to say the least. What made the experience worse was the lack of apology or urgency from the staff, especially since the restaurant wasn't even busy. Overall, the poor customer service and repeated hygiene and attentiveness issues made this a very frustrating happy hour experience.

This was the first time we were here and DEFINITELY won't be the last. My wife wants to come all the time now. If we didn't live 30 minutes away we would come every week. We still might! Empty boxes stacked on chairs -bathrooms not the cleanest -not a lot of variety sent out with way too much Edamame as an option -they slow rolled our group of 5 after I assume they thought we ate enough. Imo, we did not get close to the $27 cost per each of us. My estimation we were at about the $20 worth it mark.. Positives: -The food was excellent -very cool concept I will give them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe noon Monday after St Valentine's Day when they are closed the next day (tues) was not the best time to go. Maybe they were low on supply. I may try again some time but definitely not bring my family of 6 to test it out again. I hesitate to write a semi negative review but felt like I should. As I said, the food we did have was very good. Maybe next time we just order off the non all-you-can-eat menu

I clearly asked beforehand if I could get a side prepared directly from the kitchen in a separate bowl of noodles so it wouldn't be mixed in on the hibachi stove and turn into leftovers. They said yes -- but what I received was basically a tiny sliver of food. It honestly looked like scraps or leftovers. It was such a small portion that it didn't even make sense for what we paid. What made it worse was that the people sitting across from us received noticeably larger portions -- way bigger plates with much more food -- while ours were tiny. It felt completely unfair. The service also wasn't great. When I called ahead, I was told I couldn't make a reservation. But when we arrived, they asked if we had one. Then they said they only start taking reservations later in the day, which was never explained on the phone. The communication was confusing and inconsistent. Overall, between the unfair portions, messed-up orders, and poor service, this place really let us down. For the price you pay at hibachi restaurants, you expect quality and fairness -- and unfortunately, that wasn't the case here.

I dine out often and had not previously felt such a sharp sting in pricing. I had a quart of wonton soup ($5.95) packed in a typical plastic container. I also had a quart of pork fried rice which came in a smaller sized 'to go' container, typical of 'to go' boxes at this restaurant. The rice was $11.95 and when I questioned it, I was told costs have gone up which is not the answer I was expecting! This is just to advise patrons in advance in the event their budget is as tight as that of many in Fairfield County.

They do a little bit of everything but manage to do it all excellently. Friendly staff and a nice amount of seating for small and big gatherings. Their General Tso's tofu was very well done. Great sauce and quality tofu. There aren't many vegetables, but the generous portion of tofu more than makes up for it. The curry veggie wontons are a must try for Indian food lovers; crispy with expertly spiced curry veggies inside, along with dipping sauce that is a perfect complement. The steamed veggie dumplings are not the generic ones most places give you, they are made in house and very tasty, especially with the fantastic dipping sauce that comes with it. The place never seems that crowded, but they've been there forever because their food is always satisfying. If you're into Asian cuisine, you need to give this place a try.
