If I can give zero stars I would! We ordered food and there was hair in our food. We called the waitress to let her know (VERY rude) lady. She said you have to show me the hair I said I threw it out it disgusted me. No apology from her at all besides her telling me she needs to see the hair. I went to bond grill today (christmas day). We ordered edamame and a kani salad. We also ordered hibachi. The hibachi had hair in it. The waitress said "where why didnt u show me!?" And we said "um we threw it on the floor." We asked to have it taken off the bill because obviously we didnt eat it. She said "you didnt show me the hair so no." Then proceeds to say "do you want a to go box?" We said "no we want a refund." She had the manager place the check on our table with the hibachi still on the bill." I asked for the manager to take it off the bill. He was pissed. Took the credit card and charged everything except for the hibachi and cursing us out under his breath. My friend asked for her card and he got pissed again. I told him that was not necessary and he didn't need to act like that. He told me to go f€*¥ myself. Brought 3 8th graders here on a whim and it was a fantastic experience all-around! Our server was attentive and friendly, and the hibachi chef was really engaging and fun. We all ordered the chicken with extra noodles, and Japanese sodas... Food had lots of flavor and there was plenty of it - so much so that we all took home doggie bags. I can't believe how many low reviews there are, but I can see they're all from several years ago. Looks like things have picked up! Food was just ok , not pleasant server.i ordered a salmonskin roll as one of my roles...and there were BONES In the cut up making roll Gross !!! I have been eating sushi for 35 years. This place has been around for quite some time now. It's had plenty of ups and downs. I've had amazing experiences and experiences that make you say eh I'll try somewhere else. I have ordered takeout from them twice recently and got the same order. The same order but completely different quality. The first time I ordered the hibachi chicken it tasted like they made it right in front of me. This evening I got it and the rice tasted like it had been sitting around and almost chunky. The chicken and veggies were beyond oily. Leaking through the container to be exact. I was frustrated with the meal but all in all it wasn't bad. The food is ok even when it's not at it's best but it can be so much better. I think this is a place worth trying, but in person may be better. I get that many restaurants got hit hard but if your lowering your quality of food then drop your prices. I ordered fried rice. Simple? easy? Nope, it was rice and chicken. The chicken tasted rubbery, there were no vegetables or egg like typical fried rice. During the Pandemic we rotated resteraunts to help everyone out. We ordered the following: Shrimp tempura roll, fried cheesecake, and vegetable tofu soup. The Shrimp tempura roll: it was bland, awkwardly cut, and it had no taste. Poorly constructed and fell apart. Fried Cheesecake: Cheesecake is not supposed to be grainy. It tasted like more cake than cheesecake. Again, NO FLAVOR. Melted ice cream on the side. Vegetable tofu soup- clearly the vegetables in there were pretty much your throwaway discarded vegetables and the tofu was janky. For six dollars of soup, I would expect that the vegetable tofu soup would have LOTS of vegetables. Not 1/4 of vegetables and the rest broth. What flipping joke. read more

It was just OK. The decor is sparse which includes little origami birds hanging from the wall decor. It was this Saturday and they had a DJ that played mostly top 40, but he was good!! We were sat in a booth which shared a wall with the hibachi room. The wall had these metal cut outs so you could see all the yucky greasy caked on it from the hibachi room. They definitely need to clean that. We had a groupon so that was good! We ordered two cocktails; Asian Pear martini, which delightful and strong, and the watermelon mojito which was too sweet and needed more mint and lime. We got three apps, shrimp tempura roll : awesome!! Chicken and veg spring, yummy and crisp but piping hot and a tad greasy. And finally the wings which were extremely hot and flavorless. the sauce that came with the wings wasn't tasty either so we dipped them in soy sauce for any type of flavor. My girlfriend ordered the triple delight for her entree which was delicious! Big plump shrimp, very tender beef and it was dressed in the perfect amount of sauce. However, my crispy chicken with honey walnut sauce just didn't make top grade. The chicken was very crispy and thinly sliced but no flavor! And the sauce was the same and no flavor to hide the corn-starchy ness of the sauce. I would recommend they season their meat and batter instead of relying on a sauce to add flavor. Normally when you think of Asian food, you don't think bland, but most of the meal was bland. I went to the bathroom and saw the check on the table when I got back. My girlfriend said he asked if I was done with my meal and just brought the check. Did ask if we wanted any dessert or anything... I didn't like too much.
