Was referred to RootVision Endo by my primary dentist, I had been experiencing a painful tooth ache for weeks and turned out I needed to have a root canal... came for the consultation and had a very good experience... front staff was extremely friendly and caring and offered beverages to my kids who had to come with me, made the visit much more enjoyable... The front desk also helped me apply for the credit online in the office which was a huge help....Dr. Pak was very informative and friendly. I scheduled to have the treatment done and was surprised I was able to get it done the same week... it went extremely quick and was completely painless... so happy i came to the right place and will definitely be recommending to others! After having a very painful experience having a root canal years ago I was terrified when my dentist referred me to see Dr. Pak. I am so happy to say that I experienced no pain! The receptionist was friendly, Gabby, the assistant was kind and professional and made sure I was as comfortable as could be. Dr. Pak took his time, making sure I was completely numb before he started the procedure and kept checking throughout it to be sure I was pain free. He was very thorough and didn't hurry. If you ever need a root canal, ask for Dr. Pak. read more

I am extremely grateful to Dr. Lee and his team (Shaleen), (Cynthia) and (Maria). From the moment I walk in the door, I was greeted with kindness and respect. I had a root canal procedure performed the same day of my evaluation. Dr. Lee and his team were very gentle, attentive and kept me informed of every step the were doing! I felt safe and informed! Thank you Dr. Lee and the team! read more

Note: to the person who sent me a note: Mary S. /Myra S. whatever your name is. This was my first & last time I'll ever go to this place. There will not be a 2nd visit. Not only are the charges ridiculous. The dentist didn't spend more than 2 mins seeing me. Quality of care is horrible. So, after reconsideration, this reviews warrants a 1 star. Thank you. My dentist referred me to Root Vision Endo for a root canal. The receptionist said my insurance only paid $70 for my consultation. So, I ended up paying $50 out of pocket (That's with pretty good dental PPO) $120 for a 2 min consult is pretty steep. They took a quick xray & the Dr. Came in to tell me that I would have to cordinate with my reg dentist after the root canal. I would be leaving his office with no temp tooth & would have to go straight to my reg dentist right after to get a temp. Wtf... really?? Anyhow, my Xray took 2 mins , 1 min of waiting for the Dr. to come in, 2 min speaking to him. I was in & out of the room in 5 mins. Minus the 15-20min wait time for them to call me in. I found a new endo that spent 1hr explaining my options on how my tooth can be saved or not... etc.... oh.... no out of pocket expenses either. $70 deducted from my yearly dental limit & $50 out of pocket for a 2 min consult VS. 1hr dental consult with $0 out of pocket expense. You decide... I don't recommended this place read more

I made a appointment for an exam and xray or $100, which is fine since they apply it towards the treatment. Everything seems fine. The receptionist was nice and seem caring. The more I thought, they didn't ask anything about a crown. I'm assuming they aren't going to put my old one back right? What about a new one? Hmmm... he was really quick with the exam and consultation , almost rushed. Since they doesn't have an opening for this location, I made it for the Montebello location. If you're going to pay full price, you might as well get it done as soon as you can right? The nice receptionist said they would work on one next week Wednesday. I left thinking I was getting my 19 tooth done next Wednesday. Follow thru with my review for the other location to finish my story. This is in a course of two weeks. read more

Had 2 root canals done and had great service. Super nice staff and a great doctor! Highly recommend :)

I had double jaw surgery which resulted in nerve damage and a dead tooth. I went to my general dentist, and it became clear that I needed a specialist. We called RootVision and they took me in right away! Dr. Pak and Gabby performed the procedure with artful grace. I was so comfortable that I almost napped through the entire procedure. This team knows what they are doing, and I'm so thankful to have experienced their professional skill and care. Also, the entire office is incredibly nice. It only takes seconds to know the culture and morale of an office, and this one is beaming with kindness and joy! Shaleen and Kent at the front are beyond warm and welcoming. Go to RootVision Endo! Great people. read more

Wow this is what I call great customer service 360. The girls at the front are awesome! They provided me with an outstanding customer service and they are extremely friendly. The Dr. Was amazing!! I am a chicken for neeedles and I had a very hard time digesting that I needed a few shots (yikes). BUT the Dr. Was very patient and made me feel at ease with the shots and the entire procedure. I felt like he really cared about me. And that is rare in dentist. The office was great!!! Very clean, and with the latest technology. I love this office all around. Thank you for having such a great team. However, I hope I never have to come back because I dont want another root cannal . But if I do need one I know where to go to find the best!!! read more

I have call onto specialist before and have never had a pleasant experience, just your basic go in and wait for hours. I requested the same day referral from my primary dentist and she referred me here. They said they would squeeze me in and and when I got there The receptionist was really nice, the dentist was incredibly informative and welcoming. They also offered a payment plan, thank God! read more

Just had my root canal done by Dr. Pak and he did an outstanding job. He is very professional and thorough not to mention that he possesses a degree from prestigious, Columbia University. His office staff and assistants are friendly and kind. I did not feel nervous today, I felt I was in very capable hands. My procedure on tooth #30 took 1 hour and 30 minutes max. There was no pain just mild discomfort as expected from having tools in your mouth. I would highly recommend this office. read more

I was referred to RootVision Endo by my dentist. When I called, I received an appointment the very same day. The staff was wearing masks, the lobby seating was adjusted to insure proper distancing. When I arrived, their was only one other patient in the lobby at the sign in station. The staff was so safety conscious that they brought the paperwork and everything I needed directly to me at my seat in the lobby to minimize contact between me and the other patient. The ladies up front were great. THE BEST PART OF THE VISIT WAS DR. JOHN LEE and his assistant. I'm ashamed I didn't get everyone's name. I was a bit anxious and a little cranky due to circumstances not related to them but the dental assistant and Dr. Lee were very patient and understanding. Dr. Lee was very attentive and accommodating. I felt very informed and comfortable and relieved afterwards. Very satisfied. Cudos RootVision Endo!!!!!! read more

Had a root canal yesterday. Turned out better than I expected. Office staff all very efficient & friendly. Dr. Pak was great too, helped that he was good looking lol!! 02/20/2018 This is an update to my review. Which drops my stars to two. So I had my appointment for 9am and the DDS Pak got here at about 9:50am. He was still kind and professional and my two star rating has nothing to do with him being late. Life happens and I'm sure we have all been in that situation at some point. My two stars are do to the lack of communication by the staff. When the DDS called the office to notify them that he was running late at was at the desk waiting for my receipt. I overheard the receptionist telling the tech that he was running late. By this time my daughter is already in the chair waiting for treatment. Never did they bother letting us know he was late. When I asked the tech (same awkward one from last visit) if he was in yet she then said "oh yeah he's running late". So I asked if she knew about what time he'd be arriving she said she would check but never came back. Kept walking up and down the hall but couldn't even bother telling me that they weren't sure about what time he'd be getting here. Once Dr.Pak walked into the cubicle then she said "he's here". Made no sense, I was looking at him! There is such great lack of communication at this location by the staff. 02/16/2018 The location looks nice and clean. The receptionist at the entrance is also nice and friendly. The DDS, Pak is also very nice. Seems patient. Doesn't say too much. His assistant seemed awkward. She would walk into the room stare and then once she was in front of my daughter holding what she was going to use she'd say I have to do it. Every single time she made it feel awkward when she walked in. Never did she introduce herself and say what she needed to do beforand was not even wearing a name badge. The rooms in which you receive treatment are hot. read more

Not proud to say I have had a few root canals done but least painful one was done here. Doc was cool about checking the tooth before he just started hacking away. Once we were clear pain free through it all. Pretty quick to. One down side to it all but not worth demoting it to a four star is had to wait in the lobby for a bit even though I got here in time. read more

Very nice and friendly staffs. The staffs are really helpful and kind. I will recommend this clinic to patients

AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING.... I cant begin to say enough about this place. I was so afraid to get a possible root canal suggested by my primary dentist. This experience with Dr. Lee was fabulous, he is kind and very clear on what is going to happen next which set my anxiety about the situation at ease. The process was absolutely pain free!!!!! I talked to so many people prior to this appointment which made matters even worse everyone saying it was going to be a painful awful experience but it was far from that. Don't put off getting your work done just go see Dr. Lee!!!!!!! He is amazing and the office staff is great too.... I cant say it enough...Debbie S. read more

Extremely happy and satisfied with my visit today. It was my first time to this office. I came for what I thought was a second opinion and consultation for oral surgery. Turns out all I needed was a root canal and I was able to do it the same day! Dr. Lee is very pleasant and knowledgable; the root canal procedure was painless and he was very acccomodating. I have nearly no swelling or pain. I trusted his advice as he assured me the less invasive root canal vs oral surgery was the best option for me but also informed me of the other possibilities and outcomes of my decision. The office was clean and equipment is very modern.. the office staff are nice and helpful. read more

I love how through dr pak is an amazing dentist ! I been waiting to have this root canal done for quite some time. I had lots of concerns since the tooth I was getting root canal on has a veneer . Veneer can crack but no he was gentle, quick, throughout and everything turned out ok. He also assured me he remove all the gutta percha so there is less chance of discoloration. I just felt completely confident and peaceful in his hands. The office got me treated for root canal same day as my initial x ray exam appointment! The only reason I give them 4stars is because I have to go back to a general dentist for the restoration process of the filling and put my veneer in the hands of another dentist ! I think it's silly how they don't just have you come back next day and restore it here. read more

Today I had a root canal done at this location. I had a 2 minute wait time in the lobby which is super fast. Dr pak and assistant Gabby were very professional and made sure I wasn't in any additional pain. I left very satisfied with my experience here and will be back for my next root canal. I literally just finished my root canal and all I have to say is...wow! Everything and everyone is so professional but better yet, just kind! Dr. Pak was awesome. He made sure I was comfortable all the while explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it. His assistant Monica was amazing too. She was very detailed in her answers when I asked questions and never ever treated me as a "claim #" but as a person. Root canals are never fun, but this place and Dr. Pak's staff made it so much easier. Thank-you Thank-you Thank-you! read more

Great service from Dr. Pak and tech Monika. Probably the least painful dentist visit I've ever had. Almost no discomfort

Walked in has a referral from my dentist, consulted with Dr. Pak and scheduled for root canal later that afternoon. He administered shots to numb mouth to give me comfort from pain. Arrived for my root canal, Vickie was assistant to Dr. Pak.... procedure took an hour, I was happy with my visit and would recommend for any requiring a root canal. I was made comfortable and advised during procedure what was being done. Xrays went well even though I was in pain at first, technician waited until I was ready to proceed. Had to wait a while, but well worth it. Thank you for excellent service Dr. Pak! Your team was great at Root Vision Endo. read more

I was apprehensive in having a root canal done, but the staff at RootVision Endo proved to me that my worry was for naught. Nadia at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Dr. Pak and the Dental Assistant (didn't get her name) were professional and did a great job. I experienced no pain whatsoever, not even when Dr. Pak administered the Novacaine. My jaw was just a bit sore, after having my mouth open for an hour and fifteen minutes. I had to slowly close my jaw and slowly move it around after they were finished. If I should ever need another root canal, I would definitely come back and I would also recommend them to my family and friends too. read more

I loved Dr Pak and Monica. Who states that they loved their root canal? Well I do... and it's because Monica and Dr Pak took time and explained what they were doing during the procedure to put me at ease. My comfort was a priority to them. I was in and out. If I could give them ten stars I would. My tooth is pain free and you took my call on short notice (thanks shayleen) and price was reasonable.
