It's typical set up. So what you'll get at other facilities, you'll get here. The facility is AMAZING!!! There is so many things to crawl through, run around, stairs and slides, basketball courts to have little games. Two personal size trampolines that's one jumper at a time. That can be an issue if they don't have a timer for it and the line gets long. I didn't see a long line because the kids would leave and play around the whole facility. They had a small gaming room that I did t check out but I can only assume it's like other arcade spots. Only a bit smaller section. They had this one area that you can be on the second floor and launch balls down to the ground floor with a bit of force to make it fun and give you the illusion that you have a powerful gun. You can throw those balls around and hit each other, they were soft. In the middle of that room there's an apparatus that blows air up and makes these balls float and come out of the top of a 4 foot tube. Again, it's cool for 2-7 year olds. Maybe even 8-9 Yr olds would have fun in this room. This place is really big. You can't keep an eye out on your child. That's how many tunnels they are and how fast the kids can come through there that you'll lose your eyes on them. If you're the parent that needs to keep an eye on your child 100% of the tiMe, get socks and join in on the fun with them cause from the ground you will not be able to do it. They have a toddler section. A small version that they can easily have fun there too. NOW.... As for the 3 stars... I couldn't give more but if they fix this one section or gap in their business this place can be a 4.5 to 5 star facility. The tops of the slides: DUSTY. Needs a cleaning. And WEEKLY too! NOT monthly. The staffing!! The staff was very very short. The line at the concession stand was too long and the wait was insane, especially for a place that was starting to get full. I went on a Saturday around 11am... that's PRIME! TIME!! That's when you would have a FULL STAFF! Two staff at the concession stand, two staff setting up the party rooms, two in the front, two roaming the play area. .... That's just for the weekend staffing. Weekday, knock it down to ONE or less in all the areas that I listed. But it gets better and this is the ending. As we were in the front. One of the staff that was there happen to have a relative that she hasn't seen in a long time. I know this by her reaction and by what she said and how her convo went. She said, "when did you get in motherfu&!3r?!" Loud and clear. My wife said that shortly after she said, "my bad for my language".... Umm too late sweet pea. Thank God my son didn't hear that. I would have been upset if I had to explain to him that's not a word you use. So that was our intro to this place. Not a good start. Would I return? Yes and I'll bring in my own snacks to avoid waiting 10 min for a bottle of water or drinks. And put ear muffs on my children. That's all folks.

I was "supposedly" allowed to arrive 15 min early to set up they wouldn't let us in the room until exactly 11. I was given attitude from the manager when I was asking simply questions and was told, "trust us we've been working hard all week for this." I don't know what that consisted of the room wasn't set up, I didn't have enough plates or utensils. The party attendant was no where to be found and non existent. One of the moms was trying to help me out and was yelled at by an employee. I will say the only helpful and apologetic employee there was Esmael (probably spelled that wrong). He had patience with us and answered all my questions. But unfortunately he was also running two other parties at the same time. When I originally booked and spoke to someone the person advised me I could just pay for the other additional children at the same party rate. Well apparently that's not how that works. Any additional adult and child is regular admission fee which gets to be very expensive very quickly. I paid $700 and this was more of a headache. And I received very little help at all. The manager just tried to argue with me (when in fact I didn't intend on arguing) and I shut it down telling her it didn't matter that I was still paying. Another thing is the cleanliness. The playscape I can understand that probably is difficult to clean. But the floor in party room was very sticky. The women's bathroom had a toilet constantly flushing which didn't allow any other toilet to flush. There was no toilet paper in the stalls. We were there when it opened, how were the bathrooms not cleaned from the prior day? Also the hand sanitizer stations were empty. All in all if you're looking to book a party just don't. Save yourself the torture and aggravation. For the amount of money I paid I expect at least some help and some courtesy and respect as a customer. I didn't expect to have the red carpet rolled out. Just treat us with kindness is all I ask for.

Like this one! Loops, corkscrews, feet in the wind, no headache after, no line... How can anyone not love this?! Quick and easy here - life is hard. Sometimes we just need to get high on LIFE and forget our problems in a healthy way. No drugs are necessary. This coaster loops, spins, and twists all my problems away. When I ride - all I am thinking about is the fun of the moment. The name is correct! My mind is erased on here and I love it! It is one of the reasons I love coasters... Take a break, rest my mind, and have a blast! Simple break down since it's not like some record breaker or something - Top suspended coaster roller coaster. It's not new but sure does travel smoothly. There is little to no line & I enjoy the roller coaster! The front, back, it's all great! I plan to use my Six Flags 2016 season pass and be on this roller coaster more than once every single visit. It's a great coaster at this park and you can actually RIDE it without waiting forever and ever and ever. Life is great and my mind was cleared from the life struggles we all face because... LIFE IS A ROLLER COASTER! Ride flying high and free... It's to short to not clear our mind and live it up. This coaster is simple awesome fun, a total BLAST, and it makes me HAPPY. The employees that host the party do a great job being involving all the kids in different activities. The kids take of their shoes and socks, parents have socks on prior to entering the gym area. They have everything from a ball pit, slide, rock climbing wall, trampolines... there's a decent selection. Everything looks brand new. They have different things that they plan for the kids, so they can all play together. They make the birthday child feel pretty special. My son loves the ball pit. Once play time is over, the kids eat cake and whatever else the parents plan. They get to go through the awesome zipline afterwards. It's pretty sweet. A Hidden Gem Worth Discovering -- Lupa Zoo, Ludlow MA…read more My wife and I have lived in this area our entire lives -- over 70 years -- and had driven past the signs for Lupa Zoo for years without ever stopping. Today, we finally went with our grandchildren. We are so glad we did. Admission & Value Entry was very reasonable. Between grandparents and grandchildren, we paid around $44 total. A season pass runs about $150, which is an excellent value if you plan to visit more than once. Layout & Size The zoo is laid out in sections like the larger zoos we've visited over the years, but it's small, compact, and easy to navigate -- perfect for a family with young children. We may have caught them just as they were opening for the season, so the food grill and splash pad weren't running yet, but that was perfectly fine. We came for the animals! The Animals I know I'll forget some, so apologies in advance -- but here's what we saw: porcupines, capybaras, alpacas, bison, elk, several types of deer and goat, tapir, donkeys, several types of pig, and an impressive variety of small monkeys -- at least six different species, all smaller than chimpanzees. There were also ringtail lemurs, marmosets, a bird area with peacocks, pheasants, chickens, pigeons, and even a raven, plus a small reptile area featuring snakes, scorpions, lizards, and turtles. For the Kids There are two playgrounds, best suited for children up to about age 6 or 7. The main play area also has some really creative features -- musical instruments, ride-on toys, and even modern outdoor electronic reaction games where a button lights up and kids run to press it before the next one lights up on the other side. Our boys had an absolute blast. The gift shop was stocked with a fantastic assortment of stuffed animals and all the things a child who just visited a zoo is going to want. A Few Tips * You can skip the animal food bags sold at the gate. So many visitors buy them that most animals weren't interested -- you could see uneaten food throughout the pens. * Pack a lunch and bring waters. They're relaxed about backpacks, small coolers, and even little wagons for the kids. * Parking is free and easy. There are lovely grassy picnic areas near the exit. The Vibe This is a small, family-run zoo and it feels like one -- in the best possible way. The enclosures look lovingly handmade, which adds real charm. The background music throughout the park was a pleasant surprise: not too loud, not a generic radio station, just fun and well-chosen. A nice touch. Getting There Lupa Zoo -- 62 Nash Hill Road, Ludlow, MA 01056 Easy to find off the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90). Take Exit 51 (Burnett Road) or Exit 54 (Ludlow) -- both work. Wonderful animals, a super star escape artist named Mary is much larger than I thought from seeing her on the news :) along with her baby. So many different animals to view. A handful of different playgrounds and rest stops around the Zoo. Clean bathrooms! Looks like also a watering pad once it warms up. Everyone we've met have been nice and helpful with questions.
