Franco is a scam artist, not a plumber. I found his business in the Remodeling 101 West LA mailer and called him to snake my main line. I have 60 year old pipes and have to do this once per year. His ad said he could do it for $30. Franco told me he'd arrive the next morning at 9am. I told him I had a meeting at 10am. He showed up at 9:55am so I ran out to get him started before my meeting. I came back out 40 minutes later to check on him and he had a camera down my pipe. He then tried to charge me an additional $150 for the camera that I never asked for. Franco was getting aggressive and I ended up having to pay him through my gate. His ad was a bait and switch with a good price, where he plans to tack on extra services and charge you for them along the way. Stay away from Franco! read more

I called Franco because I have a drain in the. backyard that is totally plugged. It is a storm type drain that runs vertically behind a retaining wall and thenf under a patio out to the street. Background- our outside pool toilet was clogged. We have my daughter's friends over for swimming lesson and I think one of them went crazy with the toilet paper use. We tired using a plunger but the clog was too big I guess, and gross murky water was also coming out of the shower! Needed our tub clog cleared and thought we'd do our main line at the same time. Contacted Franco and he said he could come out the next day in the afternoon. He was a no show with no notice. We contacted him and were willing to give a second chance and he said he'd come the following day. Again, he failed to show up and made no effort to say he wasn't coming or if there was a scheduling issue. Thankfully we were able to secure a plumber who actually came when they said they would. So we can't speak to the quality of Franco's work since he never showed up, but I'm guessing we dodged a bullet. read more

I normally do not come in here to write reviews but I felt scamed by Franco. My plumbing went bad back in November 2020 a friend recommended me to this company. Our pipes Burst, water heater burst and I decided to call Franco. First quote was 5000$. Pretty steep specially with Covid times. We came up with the money but later that day he comes and tells us that it's going to cost an additional 6000$ to fix the pipe to the sewer. He installed an emergency valve in the garage without my concent. We had to put the remainder of the 6000$ on credit because we couldn't afford it. 6 months later we get a leakage in the garage, I lost over 8000$ of property damage(my inventory was in the garage. He came and inspected the leak on told me that it is not his fault. If you are a professional you will tell me the potential problems that can arise in the future, but no he told me that to fix the problem it's gonna cost an additional 7000$. This is a scam! Why offer a 20 year warranty and void it because of your negligence. Already created charge backs because the job was never finished! Now we got to hire someone else and hopefully settle this in court! Stay away the guy is a scammer. I never felt so wrong in my life! read more

Franco was recommended by my contractor who is the only person I trust when it comes to my home. I called him Friday morning to clear out roots in my main line with a hydro jet machine. He was able to come a few hours later. Very courteous, very professional. He had brand new, state of the art hydrojetting machine. I didn't have a clean out in the front of my house and he wasn't able to reach the main line from the existing clean out.
