I agree with Julie cello Yelp reviewer. Kristen is amazing. I found a spa gift card and decided to book at Rooted Wellness with Kristen for a mini facial. It was the best facial I have had in my lifetime and I'm of vintage age. She was professional and personable. She has a calm about her that relaxes you right away. She is definitely informed about all the products she uses amd her craft. She gives you the choice of having a quiet session or a session where she explains the process. What I was impressed about is when she put a product on that needed time she did not leave or do something else in the room. She asked if a scalp message was ok while we waited for the product time. Yes please. That was a definite sold and coming back for me. Even with the 30 minute mini facial my face feels hydrated and fresh. The facility is extremely clean. After my service I sat and enjoyed quiet time and a cup of Tea from their tea station. Botanical products used by her were available for sale and were very affordable. I visit this plaza often and recently noticed Rooted. I was in dire need of slowing down and treating myself so I booked a custom facial with Adriana. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and Adriana took the time to sit down and talk with me about my skin goals and my current routine. Adriana was gentle and well-versed in working with my acne prone and dry skin. She spoke about each step as she went and I left feeling relaxed and renewed. I received a massage from Nancy who was amazing - she really listened to how my body was feeling and worked on alleviating discomfort from my upper back. I just had my first 90 minute massage with Kristen and it was the most amazing and relaxing massage I've ever had, I almost fell asleep! Kristen was a complete professional and really listened to my concerns and what I liked and didn't like before she began. She was super sweet and I felt comfortable and completely at ease. Bonus...she also accepts the Spa Finder discount gift cards sold at Costco. I'll definitely be back soon to try a facial from her, I can only imagine how great it will be. I had a fantastic experience at Rooted Wellness and Spa. The moment I walked in, the space felt modern, warm, inviting, and instantly relaxing. While I waited, Lynn (the proprietor) offered an assortment of delicious teas -- such a thoughtful touch. She's also a licensed massage therapist who specializes in Ashiatsu, which speaks to the level of expertise behind the spa. My massage with Nancy was excellent. She was friendly, checked in about areas I wanted to focus on, and delivered just the right amount of pressure. She skillfully blended Swedish, Shiatsu pressure point work, and Thai stretching, making it both therapeutic and deeply relaxing. She even noticed stiffness in my ankles and offered helpful stretch suggestions. Overall, a wonderful experience -- highly recommend and will definitely be back! read more

This Spa is so clean and beautifully decorated. I felt so much more relaxed just walking in the door. I received wonderful customer service.
