We have been to all three locations and I believe even have seen all three of the doctors in the last 9 years (even though I believe the elder Molen is retired maybe, but that was like 9 years ago?). I personally like the Auburn location for convenience, but the Sumner one has the best waiting room for parents (they have super nice massage chairs & a work area with wifi). Everyone is incredibly nice. I love all the celebrations they do and make the kiddos (and adults) feels super special. But seriously, as for braces go -- the way they do things have been flat out the best. I hear complaints about pain, pulled teeth, etc, and I swear, the Damon system is just easier on the mouth (still hurts a bit -- don't get me wrong). I was impressed by the friendliness of the doctor and staff and I appreciated the very thorough exam that was performed. Both Dr. Woloshyn and her treatment coordinator took care to include my daughter in the conversation. My daughter enjoyed being at this office and she was excited about submitting artwork to enter in the office's annual wall calendar art contest. Each year the office publishes a calendar featuring artwork by patients (the subject must include braces). She also liked the "credit card" she was given along with instructions as to how she can accumulate points towards various rewards. Dr. Woloshyn was compassionate about my daughter's complex orthodontic status and she explained things clearly to me. As a mother who is prone to worry, I really appreciated her kindness. I got my braces back in 2010, then my brother and my mom all went to Molen. We all have beautiful smiles that fit our face. We can not recommend them high enough! When you are finished with braces and no longer need orthodontics, ask for a referral for your next dentist. I went to a dentist that my friend referred my to. I had to get one of my front teeth fillings fixed. She tried to fix it but ended up making it way too short and fat. I asked her to make it the same shape as my previous one, and she gave me attitude and seemed like she was in such a crunch of time. So she finally added length to it, but she botched it again! It looked so bad... I didn't want to say I didn't like it anymore because of the attitude she gave me..... so I walked out, paid $340 for a tooth that I was so unhappy with. (Thank goodness for masks, lol) Well I was so unhappy with it, I went straight to Molen which was 1 minute away from the other dentist. They got me right in, Dr. Rick looked at my tooth, took pictures, and then Inna reshaped it to match my other k-9... and they reshaped PERFECTLY it in less than 20 minutes! (It took my other dentist 3 hours). I am so unbelievably happy with it now!! I can not thank Dr. Rick and Inna enough!
